cracked it on my 3rd play through, mine all ores adjacent to the elevator until your bag is full, "t" to town, sell, buy the upgraded pick, (town trips don't cost anything, so bag upgrade isn't needed) continue down the shaft, unlimited? levels means you only mine ores, never dirt. fast jump levels with "S" key (down).
first pick costs 3 energy per swing, second 2 energy per, energy determines days passing.
she didn't marry me for my money.

Takes too long to get back up top. Gas and cave ins are fing everywhere... not very fun. And then im reading that its game over after 21 days from comments? 20k needed... no just no. 1 star for badly implemented features.

not wrong, only a little misleading, I played it 5 times thinking the ending would be different if I finished in fewer "days"

I like mining games, and this is no exception. BUT... I sure could use a drink after toiling away all day long, AND I'd like to report my fiancee to the sheriff for being a gold digging troll. ALTHOUGH... come to think of it, I spend all day in a hole in the ground digging for gold. . . so I guess that makes ME a gold digging troll too, In which case we're perfectly matched! :D
Silliness aside, fun game! 4/5 :)

Gah! Would be fun if it didn't take 90% of my CPU! Is it possible to fix this? or remake the game as a sequel? just a thought! id give it 4/5 if it didn't freeze my computer every 2 seconds, so I'm giving it 1/5 instead. Sorry!! ^.^

coleislazy - This is an excellent game. The simplicity really doesn't kill it; in fact, I prefer simple games with poor graphics over expansive, complicated ones. The concept is relatively motivating, though a bit recycled. My biggest complaint would be the slow gameplay, but it looks like you've acknowledged that already. Keep making games, I like where you're going.
