Screen is too small. Very hard for me to read the text. Needs a zoom option. The "Full Screen" button in the options menu does nothing.

2/5 since the small grid, realy bad to put a that small grid in when you had a perfectly fun game.
And you have not listened to the comments and changed that on 2y+ so i change my rating to 1/5

This game could be one of my faves, but sadly the grid is too small and there's too much luck involved. Shame, cause I really like the graphics.

for more strategy, you can choose left to right ability on first time you choosing it. On left, you focus on power(changing all defense&heal items into power items, you van breaking the enemy's shield using some other combo items you have on grid, and destroy all adjected barrier*if the enemy has more than one color, it will break the shield from last color to first of same color on sacrifice one tile and some tech). On middle ability, you have the refresh ability(randomize the position of the tiles, randomize but giving one power up on cost some tech, and skill to change a tile to another tile as you wish*power up excluded), and the right ability, you have swap ability(you can swap one tile to another tile as you wish, swap a tile to a power up tile on cost some tech, and convert all tiles on same color of combined tile to a color you wish to) I prefer you to choose swaping ability to gain more combo and easier to breaking the shield*also mind of your stats too :3

ahh i forgot that the hp description doesn't add up when you equipped an item with hp stats, but gladly it adds on battle :3

i realized that i'm not even know how to use the special items, so i grinding for more levels, equipments, and golds.
I rather choose glowing items with +higher one of my level either than same level with bad stats. Also balance the stat points on 2 or 3 items for randomly breaking the enemy's barrier/shield. go for 55> on the last area*the equipments can help you to balance it. When you lack of moves, Use Power Dice if you know how to use it. PS : The Full Screen option doesn't work here and the sound i mute but can't unmute again x_x

Great game, that lacks only 2 things: Retreat-/Restart-/Run-button, a much larger grid (5x5 would be best. And concerning the grid, making the tiles drop from top is really, well, tetris like. Make them just (dis-)appear for more randomness ;D

more like this please. More comicbooky also plz. Like with specialization of heroes and more comicbook type characters. Great game and concept!

The concept behind the combat is very frustrating when coupled with the small field AND the turn requirements for gold trophies.

It'd be nice if when you were buying from the store that the item you're hoving over was next/compared to your equipped item

Very random. Even iwth gamble ability you don't have 100% chance to drop anthing you need and with good drop you can take down enemy 16 times faster than with bad (as you can combo-break whole shield in one turn when being lucky and breaking through it ages if unlucky).

Ok step one: charge the enemy, get as close as I passably can. Step two: heal. Step three: return to starting position.

Given that you have a specific goal for number of moves (at least when you replay a battle for the gold trophy) it would be nice to have a turn count in the scene. And perhaps a way to quit if you go over...

That equipment store drives me crazy: I'm always a 100 bucks short, but when I try to save up, the next thing you know is the item is gone and has been replaced by something even more expensive. What's up with that?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There should be a way to view the trophies that you have earned. Also, it can be difficult to select enemies that are behind another enemy, better placement would help with this. Also, classes are unbalanced, scoundrel is better than the other two.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
standard things square of random is too small, cooldowns for skills are TOO long. can't level them up because it takes absurd amounts of points
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Be a scoundrel. Max the second skill, then start work on the third. Get every trophy then buy the money trophy upgrade first (15 trophies). Then buy XP ups. Later on you should be upgrading all equipment every 3 or 4 levels. Exit shop screen and go back in to refresh. Don't forget you can only wear equipment up to your level. Defence (on the vest) is IMPORTANT, keep it maxed all the time where possible.

A lot of people seem to complain about the small grid and the luck based factor. As Scoundrel you don't have these problems which are indeed pressing as Warrior. Trophies are not necessary to win the game - storywise. It is fairly reasonable to win with only a couple of items from the trophy shop, e.g. 2x power for scoundrel, randomizing dice for warriors. I must say, I love this game for its good story, nice graphics, simple battle system and balanced skills. Very good work and please send me a shout if ever a second part turns up. :)

Amazing work. Well thought through, great looking, and the beauty is in its simplicity. Great job. Would love to see a series of these.

can we stop with making things vampire themed already? or atleast how about a original take on it? or maybe just not one that is obviously ripping off the flavor of the month

If you're paying $250 for boots or jackets that are probably made in China for pennies anyway, then you're shopping at the wrong store.

I disqualify the bats for constantly attacking below the waistline! Even zombies and monsters have to accept fair play!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game is good. Though it felt like a puzzle to me, matching attacks to get rid of a shield. My only complaint is the lag spike you get later in the game.

I found myself with way more money than I could ever use in the end. In the later stages using your "Power" power-ups helps you achieve your golden trophies with a lot more ease.
