how do you introduce bills in the foreign relations because the introduce button is not woking for me is there something i missed out or do u have to be tier 4 to introduce those kind of bills or something?

There should also be more extrasfor some of the "negative" traits. For instance Atheist could boost Rational Debate strength, or something. I feel my character is so empty while other people are buying colts and using Military Service Experience on bills and i'm here proclaiming economic benefits. It's like my character being Atheist has no effect other than a medium Charisma drop. Even if it's some kind of weird negative/neutral/small positive effect i feel it and some other negative traits need something.

Q, i think some events, mostly assassinations, should have more impact. Like for instance, When the president or a high-tier Congressman is assassinated, a police investigation is launched and there's a chance the assassination is discovered, and that chance increases with time and is run at the nightly reset. The only way to clear it out is to do a Intricate Scandal Coverup. Also we should be able to investigate without a target in some circunstances, even if that means lower chances. For instance: Victim: Geofrey Jenkins Crime: Assassination Target: Empty(It tries to find out who conducted it, and if successful, tries to find evidence to generate a scandal). Else people could just lurk and assassinate people, like i was planning to do. I think this gets kinda unrealistic and overpowered...
I agree that it's a bit easy to get away with highly scandalous stuff at the moment, especially with how coverups work. I've got a few ideas on how to address this, though the police launching an independent investigation is a pretty good idea. I'll probably work that in to what I'm doing.
It's hard to say. Honestly I haven't completely gotten what I want to do with it worked out. I have a lot of ideas, but I'm not sure which ones are workable until I think some more about how to implement them and incorporate them into gameplay in an interesting and fun way. Some of the ideas I'm working on: defense rating for nations, plays into wars. Wars, obviously. Removal of the generic "tariffs" bills and addition of tariff bills and other foreign relation bills that have a generic base and target a nation (this will make an actual bill as a normal bill introduction would). I have more, but these comments are quite limited in length. Suffice it to say that it'll probably be about a week minimum before I actually open up the foreign relations tab, but you'll likely see new things on the world page and such before that.
You can clear addictions by waiting for a few days after not using the drug or related drugs at all. If you mean a system that speeds it up somehow... maybe, but I don't want to do anything instant. I think one of the major problems with the portrayal of drugs as a gameplay mechanic is the instant healing of addictions to remove withdrawal penalties.
That is correct. Some people are unfortunately confused by this, but I couldn't think of any better way to put it. "Renewable" wouldn't really cover it due to the variety of topics the bill is intended to cover.

dude i accepted a contribution and it only paid me the advance 300 not the other 1500. can you look into this please delosford?
Contributions for passing a bill are paid when the bill is actually put into effect at the end of the day. This is stated in various places in the game.
I assume you mean for assassinations? Those are not affected by anything except how many violent missions have recently been run on your target, and whether or not they're currently in the hospital. It's unusual for someone to die from full health due to an assassination, but it has a good chance of putting them in a coma and taking them out of the game for a day or two, and the stress it causes will be a major issue unless they're a frequent druggie.
It also costs nothing in terms of cash. It's only useful if you have no cash and a high stress level. I added it for newer players who run out of cash and end up with a super high stress level, which essentially prevents them from playing for a day or two if they want to do something useful. This new option lets them recover from that in a less crappy way.

My testing confirms firebuttokcs findings, testing conducted on a previous character as i would not be so foolish to do such a things on my current character then tell everybody about it.
No, I raised it after that win bill failed, and should have raised it before. The point value wasn't even remotely balanced considering various changes that were made to the game. It may not currently be balanced for the playerbase again, but we'll see I gues.

Q, perhaps the server is getting DDOS'd now? Because instead of timing out once for a long time, it times out like every 5 minutes briefly or some weird thing.

@keycie
What type of coma? Is your energy at/below 0? Then you will wake up when it is above 0.
Are you in the hospital, and you can't get out? For me, it's a day before my health is even PASSABLE enough to get out of the hospital

"If there was something that gave energy and didn't cause a scandal, it would massively unbalance the game unless it was super expensive (which makes no sense for coffee)."
What about golden coffee with real gold!
Drugs are the only way. This is intentional since it creates a separation between casual and active play where the latter incurs more PvP interaction and risk.
It specifically refers to US politics. Since we're the only developed nation that doesn't find mixing religion and government to be completely preposterous for some reason (despite the founders of the country clearly stating that we should keep religion out of governance).
Probably double-clicked a button that submitted something to the server, and received a response for the second invalid submission, which appears to the server to be a POST spoofing hack attempt. Just reload the game and everything should be fine.
You wait for me to release The Lobby or Spook, respectively. Though some people are currently testing The Lobby, I'm no longer accepting new testers to the game pre-release.

in short, more or less high relations increase exports and low tariffs increase imports but with tariffs having a slight effect on exports and vice versa?

@ patriot, armorgames put their games on kong, so they're hardly competitors. you could put it on newgrounds too, which would probably either go very well or very bad.

"Congressperson The Doctor was nearly involved in a serious automobile accident today. They discovered that their brake lines had been cut when they tried to stop at a red light."
Somebody really ought to do something about those Daleks. They're turning into some real pests.
People actually had to make this reference twice before I put it together. Turns out I can't watch TV when all my spare time is spent working on Clout D:

You lose everything not stored offshore if a win bill passes, we get invaded or if the state of the nation is bad enough.

Q,
I know you are busy and you got a new job (congratulations), but do you have any updates on how developing the lobby is going.
The problem there is Kongregate. The game will work in anything that has a web browser in some capacity as it's all rendered in HTML. If you change something so that your tablet doesn't identify as a mobile browser, you'll be able to access the game normally. Otherwise you have to scroll down all the way on the main kongregate mobile screen and click the "enter normal site" link. Then you can get to the game.

If you put in more phrases for that, I would friggin love it if you put "My stomach is clear and my mind is full of bacon!" or other Krieg relevant quotes.
Wildcard isn't really supposed to be a replacement for all other abilities. It has the highest base strength of any ability, though it's never strong/weak so it's unlikely it will ever be the best play. It's also extremely random and can theoretically do quite a lot if you're lucky. It can also do negative damage (ie pushes the bill the opposite direction of what you wanted).
