Usually I hate sports games... but this is legendary! 5/5 no question and I'm not getting any lag, even on my below-av computer. And difficulty isn't bad- haven't lost yet and I've played like 10 games (like literally 10)

Different field desings would be nice.
Also, whenever I do a successful tackle on an opposing player, I also immediately throw the ball away, because of a design fault - THEY'RE THE SAME KEY!
Seriously, change that.

Odd, after those 2 games where I had no chance whatsoever, the difficulty dropped back down to comically easy again...

Pretty good, but a couple really annoying things. There's no indication of when you have the ball - the player highlighting is exactly the same as when your player doesn't have it. The other is the constant passing/throwing when you go for a tackle and the opponent passes/loses it a split second before.

You go directly from winning each match by 8+ points, to doing the exact same thing and losing by 16. that's not over the course of a season, that's the difference between game 3 and game 4.

Hmm, this looks like a fun game
*plays first 3 levels* wow, this is neat, and upgrades really seems to help! *plays next 2 levels* HOLY JEEPERS!!! ALL OF A SUDDON MY OPPONENTS ARE ALL 8 FEET TALL AND ON ROIDS.
Yea, the learning isn't a curve, it's a sheer cliff.

Good premise, reminds me of my favorite game for the original Xbox, Deathrow. However, this game's controls are severly flawed. I dislike spamming the tackle key only to chunk the ball away as soon as I get it. If there were some way to split the tackle/throw commands to separate keys, this would be 5/5. However, I simply cannot play it like this, soo 3/5

Find it hard to give a good rating when my saved data went walkabout. Not gonna bother retrying. Its fun but lacks depth.

just thinking, should be able to choose the position of the people that are on your team. I mean now my team is all out of wack.

honestly a great game but its also very very very annoying. Between the absolutely braindead team AI and the crashes i cant give it more than a 2

Great game. I think it is a lot of fun. However, I think it should have a little more depth to turn it into an even better game. You should be able to manage your lineup, maybe create your own formations, etc. Also, maybe consider adding another element to the actual gameplay if you make a sequel (which I hope you do). 5/5 great, fluid graphics. I also like the physics involved (with friction affecting speed and tackling power).

Once everyone's stats are at 5 stars it's rather confusing. What do I do with all of the money? Why do some players still seem faster than others even though everyone is at 5? I upgraded speed (using boots) 4 times after everyone was already at 5 stars and it made no difference. Is it that players who have a natural advantage always maintain that advantage?

awesome. would be sweet online but idk if this is written in as3 or not. if not dont bother. but it would be pretty cool

Not much of a sports game person, but I really enjoyed this... until it crashed. But, TBH, that's the only thing I found really wrong with it.

Lag.......make a quality button! Otherwise..... great game! I look forward to upgrading so I can play more 20/5 faved it. Nice work!

very good but i wish you couldnt score on yourself, ill be in the middle of tackling and they will shoot, my goalie will get it but then continue to shoot into my own goal.

Very awesome game, I like the way the characters handle. I wonder if there is a save function? Anyways, 4/5 and favorites.

This is really well done. Controls are a bit tricky, and gameplay is almost too fast to follow. The control scheme really needs to be more fluid. Mirrors Edge 2D is an excellent example of a complicated game made simple by intuitive controls. Graphics are well done, but only half there. Character models are great, but the rest of the arena is definitely lacking. This would really benefit from some more futuristic-esque effects.
4/5
