85.2M Points. Just stick to this: Buy everything below $55, sell to any above $55, take no risks -- stockpiles are good. Last shipment, buy tea at any price -- time is the limiter not funds. When you only have one or two ships, pick ports close to the bottom, unless the top has a great deal: $80-90/crate, 20+ crates.

Why stop there? Games are no different from movies and books, the only difference is that they are interactive. Banning crime movies, books, documentaries is a good solution to the huge problem of people finding out that crime exists! That would be a good thing, of course, because hey, who needs knowledge or entertainment that involves art and information about any criminal activity?

Dear Tandu, cars are responsible for environmental problems and tens of thousands of deaths each year. So no more racing games for you. The banking system is corrupt and broken down, so no more City building tycoon games for you. Any game involving some sort of projectile hitting people and property is not for you. Any game where the hero is male or female only is not for you. Any game referencing any kind of religious or historically troubled background is not for you. Any game with the aim of obtaining another party's belongings through force is not for you. Oh wait. hang on, we are not actually selling or using dope in real life because of this one game, just as we are not actively trying to achieve highscores running over pedestrians because we played Carmageddon once in the 1990's

Who wants green tea anyway? Stupid Brits didn't grow tea in India where the best black tea comes from now. In any case drug-dealing as a game goal is revolting, no matter if it's opium, cocaine, meth or cannabis. Let's see junkies downvoting this comment.

it's actully a nice game but.... as a Chinese I must say, it's how the hundred years of disaster begun.... so 1/5 i'm sorry

after the first few trades you literally cannot buy the damn tea fast enough to fulfill the orders. Why can you only buy 30 at a time when the Queen is bitching at you that she wants 700?? ridiculous.

No. Absolutely no. I can't stand games that not only insta-fail you if you can't complete something in time, but that run at super fast speed and you can't do anything about it. I want to look around, not panic and blindly click as I try to figure out the game. 1/5.

This is brutal. Eventually I have no way to end the misery, cannot buy anything and never really understood what was happening. Most people want to learn how to play complex games as they play games. Not need a manual to just understand what is happening after 5 full minutes of dedicated time. Graphics are good. 2/5.

This game is very luck dependent in the early game, 1838 needed 570 tea chests to advance to the next year. You can't reasonably buy that much tea in the late game because if you buy about 150 chests of tea prices of tea skyrocket. Therefore, you must stock up in the early game which is difficult with only one ship. I've noticed that many of the best deal requires lots of opium, for example 40 chests of opium at 99 each is sweet.

This game is difficult, got to around the 6-7 seventh year on 2nd try. Need quick reflex and luck. If you can stock up on lots of money, opium, and tea early the game is a lot easier. Count on losing lots of money the last few years.

Story is surely fake... Britain used a drug not called tea but OPIUM to try to conquer China and when the people of china got addicted to it they started trading it with their treasures... Britain is so great today because they abused many countries in the past.

I think the British are more addicted to tea than Chinese with opium. Man almost 700 billion cups in one decade. Fun game tho~

I noticed that Britain's tea order actually scales with the chests of opium you sold. Hence their numbers are almost the same at the end (if you win the game). So if you find the game too hard. It isn't. You just played too well that the game decides to give you hard mode.

Strategy game ON TIME? It would be great if there was an option... Strategy-economy clicker? Sorry. At last make it as a "easy-hard" option. Pity, nicy game, very nice idea... Devastated.

To anyone who's complaining about giving away free tea: Don't forget that the british goverment still considered opium an illegal drug so you're essentially still a drug dealer who's helping the opium industry in indea, within british landboarder. That's probably why you need to provide free tea to prove british goverment your loyalty.
