Wining Vs Reckless by 3000 points. Final roll. He rolls, 1500 Pts. He roll again, Nothing, 500 pts, roll again, 500 pts. He roll again, 1000 pts. Why Is this Never happening to me? D:

Solid time waster, but just like every other luck game, too many players with unfounded conspiracy theories that the game is rigged.

some of these "consecutive games" awards should really be changed to "cumulative" - it fits the theme of chance, but it wastes the player's time.

@Willow4526 Don't be a sore loser. You call it horrible game when you can't win, but when you can, you're ok with the game.

Computer: *roll* single one. *roll* single one. *roll* single one. *roll* single one. *roll* single one.*roll* single one.
Me: *roll* single one. *roll* zilch.
WTF

There's a flaw in the programming for this game. Whilst playing against Cautious, he rolled 3 twos, and just kept trying to bank the 200 points. A notice popped up every time, saying you must have 300 points to bank, yet the AI refused to roll again... I had to quit a game I was about to win, because after waiting for 5 min, the AI was STILL trying to bank the 200 points.

Wish you could see what is required for the awards you haven't won. Otherwise you are just shooing in the dark. This is one of my all-time favorite games - 5/5.

You really get to hate it, when you pwn your opponent with 9950 to -500 and
he comes back with a 15 Thisnumberdoesntevenexistillion points and beats you.

Ok, let's assume that the program is statistically fair, and all of the dice are fair dice. Then it IS actually possible for the computer to roll desirable outcomes most of the time, if you consider the law of large numbers, which states that any event (or series of events), no matter how unlikely, CAN occur. HOWEVER I would point out this...
Shouldn't that apply to the human player, as well?

This is an amazing game, and it should be more popular than it is. I believe that this is a good strategy game that should live on. The people who get 3,000+ turns will probably be the ones inviting people to play, though.

Just a few observations:
1) I seem to lose more to Cautious than I do to Reckless... But I may be weird.
2) I tracked the numbers of unavoidable zilches and "big rolls" and I think it came out fairly equally, so I don't think the computer "cheats...
3) I'm really hoping that by commenting I'll receive another medal... ;)

@BunnyMatt ... the mathematical likelihood of that having happened is so astronomically low that it makes much more sense to simply not believe you. In conclusion, QUIT LYIN' LIL DUDE

Great game although I absolutely hate it when I get 2 Free Rolls (I mean like 1500 each rolls), then a Single One and Zilch...

It's a tragedy that Gaby is no longer here. He was a skilled developer and from what I know of him, skilled in many other areas. His wife, Anna, will never read this but, I know what you're going through. And it's hell. It's beyond hell. R.I.P

What people dont realize is that Recless isnt supposed to get bad rolls, it is supposed to take alot of risks in an attempt to get a high score, that is why it can score very large scores in its rolls

the weird thing is that the last badge gaby got about 4 days before he died was "NEVER FORGET" on elephant quest. If only he knew... you will be in our heart. always

I understand why some people feel frustrated when you go ahead and lose, even though you've been playing the best play throughout a match. Sometimes the CPU gets insanely lucky - but trust me, if you keep on playing, you'll be that lucky as well at some point too!

What makes Zilch a great game is that the developer created the kind of game he wanted, and knew some people would also love the game. I experience the same kind of "luck" in this game as I do when I play with real dice. The key to Zilch is to learn when to press your luck. Rest in peace, Gaby.

To all you doom-laden cynics: the luck runs both ways you know. I just played a game where Reckless was on 9,700 & I was stuck on 7,050 but then he rolled about 6 Zilches (minus 1,000 points) and I caught him and won. Gaby made a great game but is still being criticised by others' ignorance of the word 'random'!
