Make as the comments (top)say, add more levels, but at MY opinion, you should leave it like a LOT of upgrades, but some only accesible at higher levels, and, the xp is useless! What about trading it for money? Like 10xp=1$?

Stupid boss. All he had to do was rotate one or both turrets 30 degrees when he rapid fired and he could have lived forever...

good game 5/5... for people who had a hard time with this game try to increase time and multiply coins first along with jump. and always stay under the boss until hes ready to fall. and don't shoot the boos all at once when hes down one bullet is all that is needed so fully upgrade you guys and you'll only need 4 bullets for the boss. hope i helped C:

Gameshot i WISH you see this, 99.9% of people who play this want more rightt? 40% OF THAT MORE CAN BE A SEQUEL! Such a great game needs maybe even a series!

Jump control really should behave more analog. There's that one coin over the spikes I can't get anymore, since my jump arc is too high now.

I would have liked it if Johnny's expression got more confident as he got more upgrades. At the beginning when you explode in 5 seconds the worried expression is certainly understandable but eventually you're a killing machine

just in case you didn't figure this out...like i didn't ...don't unload your weapon the first time you get to attack the boss. He only takes one shot at a time, you have to go through about four or five cycles to beat him. hope that helps, i would have been done like fifteen minutes earlier if i knew it first..lol

how to get to the boss in like 20 seconds
1 : make sure you have a gun with atleast 7-8 bullets
2 : go to the left of the spawn area and jump into the wall, then jump through the pit
3: get to a little area filled with coins, jump into it and walk into the left wall
4 : you should either teleport to a black area, off the map, earlier in the map or straight to the boss
5 : now kill the boss

Upgrade Complete meets 2D Platformer. Still funny as heck though, especially the first time I died with me wondering what the hell just happened. What is causing him to combust anyway? 5/5

Boss needs an hp bar.
you can only hit the boss 1x when he drops.... hes magically immune after the first hit... magic :D

This is a really good game. I would recommend adding an achievement system (Beat the Game, Collect all the Coins, Fully Upgrade Everything, Destroy All the Robots, Take No Damage, Beat the Game in Fewer Than 10 Tries).

I hope the creator will devlop a Jhonny Upgrade 2 because this is too short and there so much upgrade ideas: ability to swim, to climb ladders, upgrade gun ect.

Are you supposed to be able to skip straight to the boss due to poor collision detection? I just bumped a wall and my 3 upgrades in guy is facing the boss, no weapons. Every wall I touch teleports me somewhere on the map, so no need to jump.

I guess I'm missing something on the boss, because I hit him with all 20 shots of my gun at max power and he didn't die. Ah, there we go, only one hit per drop counts.

Hmm am I missing a trick here? I'm finding the boss pretty hard :P - It's just when he shoots tons of bullets in a row - is there actually a way to avoid that attack? Hahaha Maybe I'm just failing miserably

Short, but fun, and that's the important part. I do wonder why you say Johnny has no super powers when he clearly has the power to respawn at the start point whenever he's killed.

...I accidentally hit "post comment". I mean that if this game were longer it would become tedious, but as it is now it manages to be concise and entertaining without dragging on. Perhaps other people would have a higher tolerance than I do, but it's better for people to be asking for more than to be wishing it were over with. It's like ice cream: a little bit has you wanting more, too much has you feeling sick.
