Minus stars for bad programming. This game runs my CPU over 150%, not even TESV: Skyrim at max settings runs my CPU over 50%.

@Miferguson,
If the game is too hard on normal, maybe that's just because you aren't that good at it, and of course some aspects of the game would take "brain power", strategy and planning is the whole point of the game.

bought the freakin premium content played fine, went to play on it later and it said i didnt have the premium content get this fixxed!!!!!

this game turned me into a hoarder. mostly potions, scrolls, and special order stuff, but still! xD can you make at least, scrolls of deception stackable? as well as *spoiler* skeleton keys and architect's plans.
Consumables used to stack, but I removed it specifically to discourage hoarding. I thought there needed to be a little pressure to either use them or sell them.

Not to sure what it is that died on this one.
I did enjoy it and bought the premium partly more on the edge to support the series.
If there's another series I wonder if you could get a story mode involved.
Which I mean a real campaign where what you do changes the flow of game play.
At the end it would open up hybrid classes which would make the premium content much more enjoyable. As well as unlocking a set of new classes to use.

game too hard on normal and takes brain power to equip items to correct characters because the suggestions are retarded. 1/5

The import feature works beautifully. I'm close, but not yet gotten to, the final hard badge. Chrome was having an aneurysm. I found teh export feature, crossed my fingers, and IT WORKED. Best idea a dev has EVER had. I love you.

I think 2 handed swords should have a smaller quickness penalty than 2 handed axes and spears. This is to make up for them having less damage, and not having armour piercing bonuses. And also, swords are lighter than axes, and they're easier to wield quickly and skillfully because of the better balance. 2 handed swords admittedly are still pretty heavy, but they should at least have a smaller quickness penalty. Maybe -2 or something.

The music in this game. It sounds so familiar. I think it reminds me of NwN 1 or 2. Can someone tell me who composed this or something?

I definitely liked the other two games in this series a lot better. I went for the hard badges about a year ago, and now I remember why I quit playing this game. The battles in this version just suck. 75%-85% chance to hit seems more like 50/50, and enemies are usually left with 1 -8 hp, requiring another attack. Health Steal only gives a couple of h.p. instead of a percentage, and the mage is weak. This could be a really good game like the other two, you just need to rework the numbers.

It also bears consideration that if you're an oldschool rpg fan, the greatest reward of grinding hard to max level is to reach the point where you clearly over power any and all foes save for the FEW who pose a fair, but conquerable challenge. It sucks to put mad time into developing your favorite characters only to run into the Soul Harvester/Deutheun/Harvested Soul/Your own teammate frail soul infernal flame combo. It's beatable... sure. But at the cost multiple quick retreat, resurrection till you get lucky. Anyway, please address this issue. This game is far too good to let something like this hold it back.

The scaling of the dungeon needs to be tweaked, the scaling of items needs to increase drastically, or the development of the heroes needs to experience a significant overhaul. Once you're at a point where the monsters damage, health, and armor are either comparable to yours or much higher than yours, there's a cap on how much strategy one can employ to overcome it. If the monsters have more health, greater numbers, can deal either just as much or more damage with a wider ray of abilities that can affect all members of your party, the game becomes a little less fun. Don't get it twisted... I LOVE this game, but for future installments, the scaling needs to be a little more reasonable for the game to remain just as fun for the later levels.

i had more fun with the last one. yes the game is more challenging now, which is fun for a few levels. and the dungeons are longer, which isn't fun at all. I miss being able to do the old end game ritual of farming all the mad lewts. i dislike that there is no legendary lure. waste of a consumable max upgrade

3 days and still going. 1/3 - 1/2 done, maybe? In bags' preference, there's a conflict with (___ or greater) and epic (or greater); maybe needs a _____ (or lesser).

So strange. I died in hardcore and all my characters went back to Lv1 with no gear, but the rest of my game data was saved... nooooooo
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay so, all of my data was deleted. I tried to play and found myself in act one with blanked and level 1 characters with mostly random loot. That happen to anyone else?

oh good... the only thing i wish for in a game is a tab like "Suggest", gives me a hell of time to equip each character without that...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game, I only wish you could change your position in battle. It happened already a few times that I could not use any offensive moves with my warrior because he has been pushed into the back row by an enemy attack.
