It definitely tells you how to switch tanks the first time you get tanks. It says Z to move left, X to move right, D to switch.

Wow. It's amazing to find a badged game with a rating less than 3 stars! But imo the one thing this game lacks is proper instructions.

@FrozenIce, Llorx, dustins111: Come on people! Don't blame the game for your own mistakes when everything is displayed in the Instructions zone below the game : CUSTOMIZABLE key controls. Furthermore there are only two buttons in main menu so if you can’t spare a few seconds to check the options, that’s your problem but please don’t shoot the game down in flames for your lack of curiosity and rigour.

I agree with others they never tell you how to switch tanks which you only need on the last level. Or really what anything does. When you blow up an mine it usually gives you a boost and you can hold 3 boosts of the bottom right of the screen. laser and missile lock on with the A key. The 3 lines give multi shot. you can switch through the boosts with S key. The D key switches your shooters which you only need on the last level. Z and X move them left and right. Some day i will come back and beat this but for now I'm irritated. hope this helps others.

+10000 FrozenIce I started to press keys in level 14 to change tank and suddenly pressed control. DO NOT PRESS CONTROL. INSTA-RESET!!! Really sucky game. This game don't deserves a badge :-/

Wow... terrible, played the whole game not knowing how or why I would want to switch between the two tanks, there was no need at all, then get to the final boss and lose because I wasnt able to shoot both of the shield generators. Please Please Please list the freaking controls properly in your instructions. Boring as heck game only to lose because I dont know the controls and you are too lazy to put anything but use the mouse to aim and shoot in your instructions.

Advice for anyone having problems with the final boss. Shoot the support ships that are providing the shield to the mothership. Makes the boss go down much easier. Also this could be the only way to defeat the mothership, I didn't try shooting through the shield to verify.

Yet another super easy "hard" badge. I'd rate this one Medium at most, thanks to the auto rapid fire. Don't worry about wasted shots here. Accuracy is irrelevant and calculated in some bizarre fashion: I got 130% accuracy on the first boss and 132% on the second. Go figure.

Ok, I just beat the game, all ships dead on lvl 15. Nothing happens though... No badge awarded, no ending credits nothing... Is this a bug or should it be like this?

It's very dull, the graphics, smooth gameplay and atmosphere promise so much more, but it was so disappointing. I wanted to enjoy it but at the back of my mind kept going 'are we nearly there yet?' and I found myself exhaling more out of boredom than 'phew, that was a challenging level, glad I beat it!' 3/5 for the game concept, was nearly a 2/5 for sheer boredom but felt that a little unfair. Noticed this was in 2007 so I imagine you're done with it, but hope one day you'll take comments on board and make a mind-boggling sequel.

Hold on a second... Before I knew of this game, it was called P.O.D. Once I get to the main menu, suddenly it's called ZOIDS? Am I missing something or W...T...F...

Not sure why people complain about this one, even 7 years later. It's Space Invaders, guys. Learn your roots and how to lead a target. There is no glitch; there is no bug. It's well-made and certainly beatable. Just don't let off the trigger

this game is so bad that it took me years to finish it. I actually had to get older and develop enough patience to get the badge. Seriously, this was torture

A glitch I found is that I keep repeating a level with the bonuses at the end and it won't advance any further. I don't even think the badge is worth it.

FINALLY! Evey time I attempt to finish this game in the past years, I die at the final boss and take a breather for months.
