Glitchy- failed to spawn either blocks or orbs shortly into a exploding block game, also some weird invincibility mode that pumped my score up into the 100,000 range. Possibly related to a laggy computer? Also, some orbs went through blocks.

I'ts true, this one is fancier and prettier, but I have to admit, I still enjoy the first one more. Both are fun, certainly!

Not different enough to be a sequel. You added a couple basic things and changed the background color. Can you say "desperate money grabbing attempt", kids? I knew you could.

Collision detection is off, or the orbs are allowed to fly through some blocks? Also couldn't find the option to turn the static blocks off?

nice game once you get used to it, definately more challenging than the first. i had some problems with gameplay speed as well but it only helps so i dont see why people are complaing. i wish the cursor could be condensed to show the actual point that counts as far as being hit goes. so i give it a 4/5 good job :)

Oh, also, as for the "No blocks left, WAAA!" comments, if you just get them to hit the stationary orbs, every 5 or so hits it makes a new block.
This should be made into like a chase mode or something. Where the numbers never decrease?

I have to say, the squares are too small, and although the orbs look much better, the blocks are MUCH worse, graphically.

Hate to say that, but I can't see any improvements to the first one. The graphics has got some special effects, yes - but they are slowing down a game, which needs to be played smoothly... Also, I don't se the point in some of the (really few) gameplay changes. The static orb acts as an block, which just destroy an orb and creates at the same time a new one... It's basically just an immobile orb. The other change is, that blocks can destroyed. This leads often to situations, where you simply have no blocks to let the orbs crash into...

Liked it. The graphics are a nice update, the different gameplay is cool, and I like the fact that you can explode blocks. Better.

Update: The game has been changed to play more like Orb 1 – there is now an option to turn exploding blocks off (static balls will still explode). Trippy effects have been increased. It should also be faster laster in the game, as it has been optimized. There are two score statistics, one for exploding, and one without.

very disappointing sequel to a great game. I like the fact that the squares got smaller but whats the point of the circles? I looked at the starting page and still don't get it. Why do some of the squares go away? Part of the challenge from the last game was avoiding more squares.

I've shortened the trails to improve performance. The slowdown from Orbs should be halved from what it was. If you're still getting problems, try right clicking and setting the quality down a bit.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.6 and flash version 9. I played it again just now and got to 5500ish before the same thing happened.

hmm... starts out a LOT harder than the other one... maybe you can add difficulty levels or make it easier at the start?

It might be an idea to add a quality option though because there was quite severe slowdown once I got to around 5000 points.

nice game good like the first but could use an update (maybe extra modes like no trail mode or super fast mode just as some ideas) but altogether as good as the first if not better
