Those who complain about the game being (vertically) long should try opening the in-game jobs achievement page. (profile>achievements>jobs)
But the good thing is that there are lots of achievements to earn? Thanks for the feedback, we are self conscious about our screen length and are looking at how we can address it!
Hey, the screen length is definitely long and is something we are looking to adjust to improve the game play experience! Thanks for your comment and giving us a go!

Wayyyyyyy too tall. On my 1440x900 desktop, this game is a little over a page and a half tall; games should never require scrolling. Assuming a desktop is 768 high will make you OK for most users.

You're being total dicks. Yeah, I also hate this type of games but at least this guy takes his time to respond all comments (before all the dicks comments appeared of course) and to fix some stuff. Recommendation to the dev: don't make this type of games...
Danidada, thanks for your honesty and for giving us a go. We do value community feedback and try to improve our gaming experiences through it. We are always thinking about the next game to make too and your recommendation is noted!

I only played for badges, then figured out I could not be bothered to do even the 2nd one. the game is that bad, and they want people to pay for it?

Ever notice it's only the terrible games with exploitative click and wait systems that reminds you to rate them 5 stars? At least this one stuffs it at the bottom of the single most excessive user interface nightmare in the history of lazily thrown together cow clickers.
We remind people to rate us five stars to offset the people who rate us one star only on the surface level of being a game that happens to have energy. It's a vicious cycle.

This UI is horrible. I don't even know what is going on, I just keep clicking where the arrow is pointing, pumping points into energy ad nauseum.

Where's the game? Where's the choices? Terrible interface -- no feedback from pressing buttons except a fast flicker, the interface is so crowded I must scroll the window up and down to find things, and sometimes the buttons will rearrange themselves to squeeze in a new announcement that doesn't go away (ie. Why are there two buttons to do a job? "do job" and "do job again"?) Such simple design mistakes, so many design mistakes.

(looks at tags) multiplayer.. time management.. uh oh..(looks at forum posts) almost entirely "add me" posts.. (gives one star and leaves)

Why do we have similar games on kongregate, and mostly, why do these games get badges?
I'll just block, flag and 1-rate this kind of games...

Developer response from kanoapps
"...In a text/graphic setting it offers deep mechanics, rich content and social gameplay."
Wow.
I wouldn't be so conceited with this crappy clusterf*ck of an excuse for a game.
1/5

You can always invite pre-existing Mob Wars: La Cosa Nostra players and not involve your Kong friends! Look for the invite code on the Mob page and paste that into chat!

Why invest the time to make such a huge Screen and so many graphics? Just put a button in the middle of the Screen and let People click them. Add texts like "don't you dare clicking me!" if you want. And for the fun add a longer break after 1k clicks or so or let People pay for clicking on. would save you devs a lot of time...

Keep the 1/5's coming guys, together we can adjust the game's rating to where it belongs, which for sure isn't the 4.15 that it had in the moment it got badges. It's our Kong and we don't want crappy energy based pay2win facebook games badged. Especially not when they have obnoxious large gamescreens without any real gameplay (aside from clicking buttons) like this one. 1/5 gogo!

I don't agree to badges being put onto these types of games, but at least this game, you can get the medium badge in 1 sitting without having to wait for energy.
to some, great for others? Mob Wars is admittedly not for everyone, but (lucky for us?) there is a huge community of great people who do love the game! Thanks for trying anyway.

I'm sure alot of people actually like this game. Adding in badges is not good for the game as alot of people really don't like this style, and ruins the game for those who actually like it.

This is a great example of a game trying to be way to many things at the same time. It doesn't introduce any of the features while still allowing the "push this button a lot of times" strategy to get you to level 40. Remove 70% of the content and add some real mini games.

I remember this game! I played it on Myspace like 7 years ago. It was fun back then, by why the hell is it on Kong? ... *facedesk*
