So, I just downloaded the soundtrack, and went straight for that mournful tune that plays when you lose a level... only, it wasn't there :(
In its own way, it's just as awesome as the victory fanfare, so why isn't it part of the soundtrack? ;_;

Great to see someone use Glagoljica instead of usual runic alphabets. Runes have become too mainstream. B)
The game is great, the most fun TD I've played in a while, and as others said, it's great to have a TD with a story and a purpose. I still wish it was longer, haha!

I bought the game because the demo was awesome - good work & don't listen too hard to the demo haters, they probably never spent a whole year working on something that gets given away for free!

When you get a book, it is presented as being equippable by "nobody", and that you should keep playing. This text should be changed, since it can be equipped by the main character.

i found a solution for the saveproblem and it is pretty easy.
Don't save in the first Slot. the second and third seem to work.

Man, these kids are really upset about your business model. You aren't being remotely sneaky about the fact that this is a demo, there's plenty of content compared to many free games on here, and this was the standard business model in the 90s (and hardly that rare today). Anyway, I hate the nickel-and-dime business model of most games with "premium content", so I was really happy to buy your game as an (extremely reasonable) one-time payment. My only complaint was that I was planning to do some actual work today...

I bought the full version 2 years ago, and I lost all the stuff, including my purchase because I cleared all my cookies. Is there any way for me to retrieve my information?
So sorry about that! First of all, if you bought it on kongregate, there should still be a record of your purchase, so contact someone at Kongregate staff and they should be able to sort it out for you. As for your save file, you can grab one from our online save bank here:

And import a save file into the full version, that should get you back to somewhere pretty close to where you were.

I think this is one of the best Tower Defense games I have ever played. I normally do not like the genre but this one, filled with a story and a basic gameplay, made it fun for me.

Ah so that what the team of defender quest was doing, they were working on an second defenders quest. I've bought the first one back in the day and loved it. Cant wait for the defender quest 2.

This is a fun game, might enjoy buying it at some point with all of the recomendations, but every time I click next in the Demo, it opens up a user's agreement in a new tab. I mean I get it happening maybe once, but it seems like overkill that after the first scene I have to close so many tabs.

I loathe spending money, and I loathe demos in general, but I mean... 5 dollars isnt a massive sum, and when you give as lengthy and enjoyable of a demo as this, it goes up in the category with Creeper as games really worth investing a couple bucks in. Hope the dev makes great sums of money off of this game!

Grinding is so much fun! Going back and replaying a level at a higher difficulty is so much fun! DO you hear that? The one things that so many games fail at doing you've managed to pull off seamlessly!

The only part i don't like about this game is the point that you have to pay to finish it... it's a 5/5 anyway :D the 300% exp was a lifesaver (i saw it in the last battle soo... XD)

Advice: Don't build an army, build a legion. Too many units just leads to very weak party members. Although you can spread them out more they will be ineffective against stronger foes.

I usually dislike TD games. This one is fantastic. it's fun rather than stressful, has clever character interactions and an engaging story, has intuitive gameplay and mid-battle boosts, and insists on breaking new ground. AND, bonus, there's no pay-to-win daily consumable nonsense. (Only pay-to-play beyond the demo, and that's understandable.) The only thing I don't enjoy as much is that the level and equipment scaling feels a little grind-y at times, and you really DO have to go back and farm for experience and scrap, but hey--what do you expect from a joint TD/RPG? Take my five stars.

Now THIS is a flash game I'd consider spending $ on. Your first unit's questionable mental health is entertaining enough, but the fact that the game is actually enjoyable seals the deal for me.

If you are thinking about buying the game, then i recommend you to check out their website. They are making a 2 part of the game and pre-ordering that (15$) will get you a FREE copy of this game. The 2 is almost finished by the way. Export your save game from this game, then when you've got the game then click play and import your's. It will say that the save is from a demo and some adjustments will be made. You can just make a copy of your save before importing it if you are worried, but it didn't mess it up for me.

This game is DEFINITELY worth the money. It's low graphics, but the battle system is superior to many of its higher graphics counterparts. It's clear they did put a lot of work into this one. However, recently, I've encountered a bug with my new game +. It keeps black screening
