The multi-player game badly needs a "resign" button. It is bad enough playing through a game when you have no chance for the last 15 turns, but people also run up the score while refusing to kill someone, so that they can get 500 points in all materials. Lots of fights would be avoided if someone can amicably resign, rather than just having to leave the browser entirely.

To easily win hard badge: do nothing but build, steal, and create resources. Don't even have any attacks in your deck. Win by getting castles to 100.

I liked the old one better, where the resources were easier to see. This interface is prettier, but harder to use. I agree that when your multiplayer opponent quits, it should count as a win for you.

Does the idea of this game revolve around me resetting every game because the two first cards the computer throws happen to be the "Babylon"-card and the "Dragon"-card or some stupid shit like that?

Frustrating when your opponent up and leaves just as you about to win. No, I don't want to "tie"... I beat you, deal with it. Please, please, please!... m0rkeulv: next time, make it so a leaving-the-game counts as a win for the opponent. You don't even need to give the guy who leaves a loss... just give the person who stayed a "win", k?

Excellent game. I haven't unlocked any more cards yet, I look forward to "tweaking my deck." Also, a small criticism: it would be nice to stack the things that make resources BEHIND the resources themselves. And to also have your opponent's stats in the same order as yours for quick reference. I'm sure I'll get used to it but it is my only niggle so far. Still 5/5! Good work :)

Glitch!
It happened three times in a row. First time, i lost, game stuck, did not advance to you lose screen. Second and third time i beat the computer and it did not say i won, just stayed in the game with computer's castle gone.

Sacrifice cards don't ruin the game.
With the huge imbalance in starting resources, there are cards that can win the game for the computer on the first turn. But after that, you can win. The computer always uses a balanced deck, but you don't have to. Focus on building for example (guards to use up your weapon resources). Now the computer has a bunch of useless "sacrifice recruit" and "destroy crystals" cards clogging up their deck. You don't waste cards, and you can get your tower to 100 before your opponent finds the cards to tear it back down. The same should work for an attack deck.
You'll only lose if you try to do everything. The computer can do everything better than you.

Added graphic frills for the price of a clear interface, obscure "special" cards and a campaign that doesn't work (and aparently gives no bonus here). Usually, for a sequel i'd expect an something new or an upgrade, not a downgrade.

Someone help me. When the game loads it doesn't say play, it immediately goes to a black screen. Has anyone got this problem?

For "add crystals", what would make it useful is if you had to spend, say, three bricks and three weapons to get 10 crystals. For the other "add [resource]" cards, what was helpful about them was that you could shuffle resources from one type to another.
Of course, the player is free to not put "add crystals" into his or her deck. But you know now what my idea is if you want a card people will actually use, possibly.

great game, but the only real upgrades are sound, graphics and Muti-player (not that those are easy). I was really hoping for more cards than the 6 extras, which prove not so great at the end because you cant get enough resources to cast them. All and all an excellent game, I'll give it 4/5 the first one got 5/5 but I expected more from 2.0. :)

The decks are seriously bugged. The only way to stop depending severely on luck in this game is to balance your deck well, but they don't save. It's very aggravating.

Another wonderful pick for BOtD, badge doesn't work. This is getting to be a trend now. Maybe someone should look into what the person deciding BOtD is doing during work hours because it's not looking into good picks for BOtD.

we need a very hight luck for beat the hard campaign.on the first, the luck is not the only thing for win, there is the card and strategy, the luck is "optional"

This creator dosent fix the msitakes he ahd in hes previous castle war. which evrybody complaint about quitting in online should be a win for the person who remained. and even though we put a ton of complaints about that he still went right trhough it and not care about it. if one thing a game designer shoud ldo is fix the previious mistakes the game had so the next one would be way better adn more enjoyable. The only way I found to reliably beating Hard Mode was to build 2 decks, 1 extreme defense and 1 extreme offense (which I refer to as Fortify and Arsenal).
Fortify: all cards that build the castle or wall; this includes guards and pixies/magic wall. All other cards are brick-based. Include Add Bricks/All Bricks/Builder. You may include Add Crystals/All Crystals/Mage, but try to keep your deck as small as possible. This deck is built for the long haul; always prioritize builders over any other card.
Arsenal: similar, but focused on offense. This means Add Weapons/All Weapons/Recruit for sure; Crystals and Bricks are optional, though magic is more important. Unlike Fortify, you will want to strike fast with Arsenal; it works very well with the high starting resources of the Hard Campaign. Be quick; this deck can not build.
Fortify should be your first choice; otherwise, try overwhelming them with Arsenal instead. I got through the Hard Campaign using mostly Fortify. Good luck.

The hard badge is easiest with a "builder" deck. You have next to no hope of taking down their wall or castle so focus on building resources and getting your castle build ASAP. Hope this helps!

it seems like opponent quitting or accepting a draw counts as a win, and you get the easy badge. and counts towards the multiplayer medium badge.

I don't know why, but my deck cant save, am I not doing it right? or is it glitched? because i bought the winter pack and i cant save my deck. I can't select it, and i cant save it.

I'd like to point out that I got the hard badge (complete the hard campaign) but didn't get the medium badge (complete the campaign on any difficulty). Please fix this or change the medium badge's description.

Can't find anyone else to play with in multiplayer, but really want the badge? Open up Castle Wars 2 on another site, and play against yourself!

Kong should add fun leaderboards like
Highest casle (win)
Lowest enemy castle (negative & win)
Least turn win (castle 100+)
Least turn win (enemy castle 0-)
Greatest difference upon win (players castle - enemys castle)
