i hate how when if you get a OP combo at p1 at last boss, and kill that, the rest of the combo is cancelled ... there goes my 15+ combo inc bombs and big bangs

The move shouldn't end after the octupus morphes... really often that i got a large combo, but because the first was an attack, i didn't get any shield or counter.

Addictive game. A 'Skip Turn' button would be nice, as sometimes it's better to wait and have the enemy dig its own grave.

the octopus is just impossible to fight against... luck or no luck, counter or no counter he needs 3 hits to kill you, while you need at least 30 to kill him. Statistically you have less than 2.5% of chances to win against him. Not fun at all.

I love gem swap games and this one totally rocked!! When I came up against the Giant Squid, I'm like WHY is everyone complaining? he's too easy and them WHAM-O took me 3 times to defeat him with Pixel and I wasn't fully upgraded. Am going to try the other character now. Really loved this one - gave it 5/5 an added to my fav!

The Tips to defeat last boss: Master Squid, the first one (no engaged one) is easy, but the next one the HP have 875, and its attacks point also can damage you 105 and 120. The important to defeat it is preventing it using attack and any energy attack, and keep using chain reaction: means doing maybe have 4 multiplier or more. You don't need to upgrade all things, but at least you have to protect yourself when it use raging attack, which damaged you over 300. So the solution to do that is: making some counter and maybe the shield is important thing to here. Don't need to restore your energy points, you always do normal attack is ok. Thank for watching this tips. Please keep this message alive.

Best win ever. I hit 0hp but had counter attack and K.O.ed the sharkie for the win ^_^ nice change from the usual tie equaling loss systems :D

All you need is a rainbowthingy (you get this if you get 5 the same) and switch with energy or normal attack and you do lots and lots and lots of damage

I loved how I beat the final boss because he rage attacked me when my counter attack was at 144 percent. I guess battle lust doesn't always pay.

I agree that its a good game. But seriously... last fight. Oh i just use heal and guess what drops oohh another rage just in place for him to use it on x4 and then get 5 combo in a row. He just always happen to be lucky as hell.
I had him down to 64 hp, and of coruse he get lucky and kill me. At least there should be some upgrade so you have some controll over what drops. Or something like defense drops are more likely but rage is not. Cause like that thats really just luck i almost killed him twice, he just won cause of luck no skill.

If it were possible, I'd rate this -5/5
Pure random = Fail Game. Boss fight is unbearable, and literally is only there to piss the @#$% out of you. There is no real strategy, just hopefully you can use defense or counterattack when appropriate.
If a game could commit suicide, I hope this one would be the first to go.

Haha, this is the second time I've played this game (first time was before badges came out), but this time was a lot harder for some reason. Anyway, after what seemed like forever, I finally killed the boss by a huge and awesome counterattack even though he got me down to 0 hp on that turn. Pure luck I guess? :D

Make it a multiplayer game, that's all. I need an opponent with a brain; the AI is so low that I feel like competing with a trained monkey. 3/5

The boss is quite the opposite of entertaining. While it is obviously possible to beat the game, the squid is so far out of line with every other enemy in the lineup that it seems like the developer just dropped the ball on that one. Fun game otherwise.

I could only beat the boss with a 13x combo that reduced his health from 600~200 in one hit. Seriously, and I just won, with about a hundred health to spare. I didn't have full upgrades, but seriously, too much luck.

1/5... COMPLETE randomness. There is no strategy, except the chance where you hit a huge combo. I received a 29 combo, mainly with rage and special attack, killed him in one turn.

I have no problems with last boss.... I guess that makes me super lucky? Animations for all the gem type matches would be neat (a lot of hilarity missed with possibly great energy charging animations). Heal needs to scale just a little as it is useless later. Also, crazy awesome combo amazing set gives like 4 gems, but just sitting their and dying gives 800. More red gems for combos!

I found that doing three blocks verticaly increases your chances of randomly hitting three more then doing three horizontal blocks.

I beat the final boss on my first try. I feel special. My stats were:
Ryu
max health
3 attack
2 energy
2 sp. attack
3 defense
3 counter
3 rage
