I have the opposite viewpoint, it was neat to see at first, but it got really old, really fast for me. I mean sure, I can turn the screen so I can have a different "hidden" path to find, but it's not challenging, all you have to do to get every single coin in the game is turn the stupid camera before you make any move

im not hating but the fact that the game autopauses when you have your mouse outside the game pisses me off.. it happends like 90% of the time i change perspective...

The concept was good and the game was as well but it got a bit tedious having to turn the thing 50 times... Also would have been better if you had a like Q for left rotation and E for right so you don't have to use the mouse shy of looking at a more top down view.

I suppose lots of people have said that before, but seeing how everyone seems to think this is a new concept, I feel the need to repeat it: that game concept (and, actually, the art style too) is just a copy-paste from Fez, a game that's been in development for a few years now.

@Purpleyoshi I am guessing that they are impossible to jump over to add to the puzzling aspect of the game - "how do I get past this without hitting it?"
LOVE the concept, like everyone else.

Things in this game that remind me of Paper Mario:
-the perspective changing feature (although this is an interesting take on it)
-the stars
-jumping on enemies
-the music (especially the night theme!)
That said, this is a lovely game in its own right. My only complaint is that the fireballs are IMPOSSIBLE to jump over (though that is most likely on purpose).

Super Paper Mario was one of my favourite games . . . thanks for prolonging my fun with this relatively new perspective play. 5/5 and fave'd.

Hey it's like Mario... hey it's like Super Paper Mario... hey the last level is the easiest level... such a surprising game.

WOWOWOW!!! Best game in Centuries!!! Great idea, the best non-simple idea in my history of gaming!!! 537/5!!! And it is a classic style, get that, A CLASSIC STYLE with the newest idea since 1607!!!

great concept but the different perspectives seem different every single damn time. Someone made a comment about the physics of the game earlier which I'm begging to suspect is to blame.

the game is great, but frustrating at the same time... totally stuck on level 4, I can't seem to make the mushroom jump to the second star.
Having reviewed the video, is there a trick to longer mushroom jumps?
