@Rick, you can work out how to get the fewest moves before moving. Basically, you want to avoid moving the same piece multiple times, as much as possible, and you want to not move pieces that are already in slots. One useful tactic: if you have to move a piece that's already in place, use one that's already in a middle slot. That way, when you go to put it back, it'll already have the two neighbors without you having to make an extra move.

It took me a week to ace the last level but I finally did it :)
A simple and awesome game with nice, soothing music, definite 5/5

It took me 3 days to finish this game, not because it was long, but because I got frustrated 3 times : levels II.9, III.10 and IV.5 and once you get them, they seems so obvious.
Well that sucks. Toss me a screenshot through the bug reporter and I'll see if I can track it down!

Got the report. You need to try and get the darker coins on the darker targets, and the lighter ones on the light targets. A number of people have been mixing that up, I'll try and rethink my explanation of that in the rules. Hope this helps!

three hours of staring at number 40 and I got it... out of shock I had to do it twice just to be sure that I actually aced it and prove to myself it wasn't an accident

The increase in difficulty on the puzzles ramped up in a very satisfying way. The last level was hard enough to almost make me give up, but not quite and when I it finally clicked into place it was very satisfying! Excellent game, I only wish there was more! 5/5

Great game, I love how the rules are so simple (if you actually read them ;) ) and yet the resulting puzzles can be really challeging. I'm stuck on 40 right now... but I'll ace that one too (someday...)
and +1 for the undo button request, because sometimes it seems like I could solve it if I changed my last move but I can't remember how I got there XD

Amazing game, I had quite the hard time in the 40th level and i dind't quite grasp the initial rules till level 8 (even tough, not even i know how, i aced all level till 7 before founding out)

Great game! Level 40 was a real pain, I had to get some rest before coming back to try again. First time I finished it I got a "great" grade and then I couldn't even remember how I did it. Music fits very well in the game style too. 5/5, for sure.

Not the easiest puzzle game in the world, but not too hard that it would frustrate you to quitting level either. Love to see the later levels add more colors, or more complexities. OOOH, or how about player developed levels!!!! Upvote if you'd like to see player designs!

the music sounds more like spanish classical guitar than oriental. And all the art -except the ideogram numbers- seems from renaissance. If this reminds you of Japan, maybe the excess of hentai is starting to take it's cut.

2-9 solution: (All moves count from left to right) Move 2nd coin to the top right. Move coin in 3rd circle to top right. Move top left coin to 5th circle. Move top coin to 3rd circle. Move 4th circle coin to 2nd circle. Move 3rd coin to empty circle.

This was one of the more creative games i've played on Kong, you have great balance between challenge and fun! Also, I just want to say it's really cool to see a developer who responds to the feedback so much, thanks :)

There were a couple there that I swore were impossible but got there in the end. Very accessible but good level of difficulty.

So the idea really is simple enough: You can only put a coin in places where it touches two other coins ... but @ONEFIFTH you might want to put those placement rules into your description, instead of just saying that they are 'simple'.
I usually just start clicking around until i either understand a game or have to check the description ... which didnt work here because you either read it at the start or you cant find a description again anywhere^^
I just came for the badge of the day, but i will definitely play this till the end, because the idea is really nice (ofc 5 stars from me). But i am also sure that you got quite a few bad ratings form ppl who play it just like me (as dumb as that may be) for the badge of the day and got stuck without finding a description when they wanted to read it ;)

Really atmospheric, nice art and music. I like puzzle games that go really in-depth with just a simple mechanic - I feel like they put more emphasis on thinking through a puzzle rather than just remembering how a million things are supposed to fit together (I'm looking at you Electric Box!) The game is challenging, but never frustrating. 5/5
I personally really dig the Electric Box type games too, especially the graphical style they had going on. I'm glad the time put into the design and balance of Coins wasn't wasted. Thanks! :)
