The graphics were great and the idea was awesome... I agree that the gameplay itself was a tad monotonous, but otherwise a wonderful game ^-^
BTW, ever notice the people who just put something like "this game sucks!"? People like that usually are never able to play the game past the first couple of levels, so just ignore them

I almost agree with naruto650. There's really nothing keeping me here. Level 3 started getting difficult (annoyingly so as the challenge was low, there was little reason for me to have died given my skill level at platformers).

The level design was sexy. The 3-d part was visually appealing. The game sucked hard though. Slightly less entertaining than sucking on a rock.

Good game. I like the 3D aspect of it, and the graphics are pretty good. The movement is a bit awkward, but thats about it.

Excellent art and animation, decent sounds, but the game is lacking any real excitement. The 2D-3D mechanic is a great start, and with some more game play (More enemies, moving platforms, keys, power ups, etc.) you could have a solid game on your hands.

sorry but I'm lost. I was exploring portal world and I can't figure out where level 2 is. No map or anything? The movement SUCKS. every time I want to move forward I have to change view just to do so.

Good execution, dull concept. Congrats, you learned how to make a flash game, now you just need to learn how to make good games.

5/5 to offset at least one of the imbeciles who rated it 1/5 because they are philistines. As if any of them could even guess at how to make a game this advanced in flash. Bah.

eh.
i dislike this game, but it seems to be rather well made..
i've never been a fan of walk around puzzle games..
bores me..
To everyone asking questions and pointing out "o its in space why is there gravity" nobody ever said that games had to follow the rules of physics.. Games are meant to entertain people and to entertain people to the fullest extent they must go beyond reality.
games can break the rules of gravity, think about it, mario, a classic game, can jump way higher and way more often than realistic things would be.
i guess the point im trying to get through is that if you want things that follow real physics, why don't you go do them yourselves.. oh and good luck finding bricks in space...
not going to rate the game, would give it unfair rating because i dont like this type of game..

Very unique platformer, even though I'm still in the early stages. It's good but maybe a bit too long... w/e, this should keep me entertained for quite awhile actually.

gave it 2/5 sorry but it reminds me of a very old game called QBert ehh needs lots of improvement or you need a new game

I will also add that if the name of your game contains "SPACE STATION" there should darned well be a space station to play in. The fact that this game instead starts you as the least inspiring astronaut ever, with no space station in sight, is an epic fail.

Fun... and the "walk to the level" i've heard being mentioned is used in kirby games as well so don't you people diss it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not bad, but very boring, and I hate the whole 'walk to each level' idea. Notice how you don't find that in new age games? There's a reason :P 2/5, since it gets boring fast.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
WTF is a moose doing in space? whose idea was that? lol
eh, 3/5, mebbe 3.5/5, not really worth playing after a level or two.

Maybe my flash player is crazy, but I'm getting some kind of screen saying that the game is stolen and that the real authors are Casper Smith and Chris Gianelloni.
It says www.bgroupproductions.com/games/SSJ.html should be the link of the real game, but that gives a 404.
Anyone have any ideas?

It's a good platformer but the 3-D aspect is unnecessary and a bit undeveloped. Could have been much better, but ya coulda done worse.

Got to level 4 and got bored. Badges would help. The changing camera angles gets old real fast. Good try though, fix a few quircks and you can have a solid 5/5 for now you get 4/5

Additional comment -- it's frustrating if you've gone through part of a level where the cargo items were showing you where you needed to jump the first time. When you come back through the second time and have already collected them, you're taking a wild guess in some locations, as even moving the camera doesn't always help.
