My typical weapon load-out is as follows: Particle Launcher, Laser, Cannon, (sometimes + more non-laser weapons), 2 Lasers (creating a Tri-beam shot pattern), (Sometimes + more non-canon/non-laser weapons)
Max particle Launcher first, keep the outside 2 lases at the same level as each other, typically more particle launchers at the end of the line, if space allows.
And Yes, This load-out CAN be done on tactician, as all units have a "hidden" weapons slot (And non-tacticians have a "bonus" accessory slot, which is supposed to be there anyways)
Rate this up if this load-out helps you!

Uhh, well does it only fire 1 rocket at once or does it fire them all at the same time and stack on top of each other? I've noticed a darker outline on the rockets coming out of ships with multiple rockets and more "explosions" on the boss when it hits. This could be possible because when the rockets go in their seperate ways to attack different entities, they spawn all at the same spot, so if they all went an identical path to the boss, it would give the illusion of just 1 rocket being launched.

Man I hate the movement controls mouse is always awful, and arrow keys are bad too. Is it really that hard to make it so players can set their own keyboard commands. HJKL, and WASD options are really needed in a game like this.

hey, pssst its a secret you know? you can beat the first boss in the first lifebar after he shoot the green things
kill when you see many red bullets in screen because all will become money (more than 10.000 money)

Tip for later stages: The best place to grind for money is Area 5, Stage 2. Currently grinding for Missile upgrades, then attempting (again) for the boss of Area 5, Stage 5...

This is really good for a flash bullet hell! I found the frenzy modifier to be really fun, especially for the bonus 3 bosses. Only problems I have is that the balancing of the weapons and accessories is really bad, and it's way too easy to break the game. Also, these ships are crazy fast, even the slow one, but that's not too much of a problem.

The final bonus boss is a joke if you use an interceptor with 9 fully upgraded shockwaves. Get 3 secondary damage and boss damage upgrades, and when you see the boss, just hold down left click. It dies in like 5 seconds, literally. Barely need to dodge anything.

The IMPOSSIBLE BADGE is so easy getting using tactician ship with 5 missile, 3 emergency device 3 seta device, 3 advance targeting, 3 power booster. Every time I click, all bullets nearby dissapear, and bullets are so slow that it isnt moving anymore. GOOD game and I see there are many many ways of building your ship that can beat the impossible badge... 5/5!!!!!! xD

Yes I figured I could do something like that but I fear there will be too much background noise because of bullets/coins etc, but I might give it a try one of these days. Kind of hoping for a kind soul to upload them somewhere because they used to be up for download. Thanks anyway, got to love the awesome, helpful people Kong has :3

@APMover9000 you can't find the music for download online. one work-around for this is using a music editor program (I used Audacity, don't worry its freeware). usually these programs have a microphone recording function. alternately, you can record what is coming out of the speakers, which in this case is what you want to do. then you just hit the record button and play through the first stage of each area. some editing is required, but that shouldn't be a problem. after that, you have your frantic 3 tracks.
I should mention that there is some loss of quality on the track when you do this. however, the difference is really quite small. you shouldn't be able to tell unless you are listening for it. hope this helps

Coins actually are useful even if you have all slots used up and maxed out. When you collect a coin, your score goes up, which is useful for those who like to be on the high-score list.

Yeah, got the impossible badge with the 'Tactician' ship! When I saw there are spoilers in the comments, I made sure NOT to read further so I could do it on my own. B) Oh well... the last 4 levels were a nightmare.

Here is my tips :
1.Play the game in fullscreen mode, or use your browser to zoom in. Make the game bigger, easier to see.
2.Press "P" to pause in the midle of the fight, move your mouse to nearby area without bullet, unpause
3.Play without music, sound

No restart button ? No "skip death cinematic" button ? This game is not really for those who played for the impossible badge and have to replay every level 5000 times ... Noob game

For some reason when I hold down shift to slow down and my mouse button to secondary fire, my ship jumps around uncontrollably...

Ok.
1. I've really learned to hate having to wait every time I die or a boss shows up. It's only a few seconds, but after I've seen it a hundred times or so it feels like a small eternity.
2. I would personally prefer it if shift toggled slow mode on and off. My left pinkie finger is getting a serious workout here.
3. For some reason whenever the enemy switches the color of the glowy-death-balls they shoot my brain fails to register the new color for a second. This is a frustrating way to die. I would like it if there were an option to set the death balls to be all the same color.
