@Scherazade: For Lv. 5, blow through the wall at the first pillar, then climb up the second pillar, the present off the cliff so your Dibbles can drop down onto the ground without dying from falling too far, and then use a ramp to jump across the lake.

The dibbles are somehow able to jump up through ice. Using this glitch I was able to beat the last level in a way that's not supposed to be possible.

I saved 6 on level 24. I love it when the way in the walkthrough isn't the only (or even the best) way to finish the level.

Loyal Dibbles, they all obey their orders. The poor Dibbles, they blindly fall to doom. Who'll dig their graves? Who will remember their names? why can't I lay out all my commands before I start sending Dibbles? it doesn't add any actual difficulty, it just makes planning more annoying. I love the games, it's just that one part that's frustrating. I want to be able to lay things out as I think through my strategy.

@Slimoo: For Lv. 7, the best thing is to use boom right before the holly, then burn to drop into the lake, and then use 3 floats. You'll lose only 6 Dibbles which will save 5 than way instead of losing 7 which will only save 4.

Do Not use BOOM on 7: "IT'S A TRAP!" Do not use it to move the present; use burn 2x in the 2nd spot to fall from the 2nd spot.

The dibbles were freezing as dead as can be, while visions of angles were the last thing they were to see. And king in his crown and the dibbles ready to die, and before their commands they wave goodbye.

thanks to norman the best possible per level list is now 7:5 9:2 12:2 16:1 (its good to be the king) 20:3 21:5 22:6 23:3 24:6 26:2 27:1 28:3 30:7 31:2 33:5 for a total of 125 saved.
as in the previous list levels with 4 dibbles saved are not mentioned since that is the standard for most levels.
norman if you had not told me it was possible I do not think I would have found the way to save 6 on level 24, thank you

Awesome! Another great game by the Podge. Would still like to see a pirate themed game and would like a hotkey for speedup so I can keep the cursor in place for quickly laying down stones for better timing on the harder levels.

Due to renewed interest in this great game with the coming of badges I have heard from some about saving more dibbles and can now confirm that on level 15 you CAN save 5 (managed to figure that one out myself after knowing it possible) and that you can save 8!! on level 18 thank you freddy1201 for telling me how to do 7 youll figure out how to do 8 too im sure.So my list is now as follows 7:5 9:2 12:2 15:5 16:1 (its good to be the king) 18:8 20:3 21:6(be patient) 22:6 23:12 24:6 26:2 27:2 28:3 30:7 31:3 33:5 for a total of 139 saved. As allways levels with 4 saved are not listed since that's the standard. Thanks to everyone who inspired me to search for more dibbles to save. Still a great game, wish they would make more of them.

Man, if I were a dibble, I'd have rebelled at least two games ago! I love these games though. They make me miss Lemmings.

I completed level 1, but it won't continue after that level, and when I restart, it doesn't remember that I completed level 1. :(
