Make sure you removed the commas (for example, if your refund code is "12,345,678", type 12345678 instead). Also make sure that you are below level 150.

Not sure if it's a bug, but the game started glitched when i started, and not sure if its a spoiler but i could read a message,purple screen,battle arena.....all the places of the game!, well the message i'm saying:"Congratulations!It's been 1337 hours since you last played you..."Well that was the only thing i could see too fast...

@pcmn1331 this game is designed to be reward for those who dont idle. fast blue coins are: garden with free trees + stadium + TFCG + fishing + all where you dont idle.

I played for 30 mins, lvl 5, 7,000 Y, 25 G, 10 B. turned on offline progress, went to sleep, boom next day: lvl 144, 11,000,000 Y, 54,000 G, 1,000 B. LOL

This game has become extremely memory expensive as of Chrome version 36.0.1985.125m; while it is most certainly not your fault, I was wondering if you'd know whether there is some kind of hotfix available? AI:TG tab alone uses over 1 GB of RAM after running for a couple of hours, at which point the whole browser just crashes for me. While the game is often 40 fps, occasionally I also get slowed down to 10-20 for a while without any reasonable explanation - even when idling and not doing anything else.
An obvious hotfix would be to use another browser. However, I don't have any other ideas. Maybe Google can help? Or you can just wait for Chrome 37 or something. I don't know.

I don't know if it means something's wrong on the player's end, but I'm level 6063 and I haven't lost my savefile.
I still back it up every day, just in case.

Something's wrong on your end if you lose your savefile. Also, I think the Mystery Box thing is there so you can't keep loading up your savefile and then opening your boxes until you get what you want.

You should really fix when you exit the game, your back to level 1. It did that when I was level 200 and I was like FUUUUUUUU Anyways, great game. 5/5
