Has anyone done the combat skill achivement? :( I kinda can't put my magic attack over 950... And I got nowhere to train it up higher :(
Still having blacksmithing and other crafting skills gives 0% chance of making some items... thats kinda tragic.
If you read this mark a plus so the game developer would see it!

Huh, you can drink potions to clear your inventory screen now when picking up items? Just change to inventory screen behind the chest display and drink, and it works. Then dump one item on the chest screen and the whole thing updates.

So I'm doing a defense quest and I have two guys left and one of them won't die, while the other keeps walking since I can't reach him with my three square range. Then when that guy gets to the edge of the screen because the guy I was fighting wouldn't die, I'm told I did a terrible job, despite being able to make it to the very end. What. the. ****.

Excellent game, 5 stars. Only one thing is off, really. Perspective is kind of odd. The pillars, for example, have a base size of one square, but the part that goes up somehow blocks going NORTH. Don't know if it was fixed in the sequels.

That time when you buy a recipe while you're still somewhat early on in the game, then you fight an enemy and they drop the very recipe you just bought...

For everybody with the black screen problem, just upgrade to the latest version of Flash and you should be good to go. That's what I did.

Great game!!! I just love it!! But I'd want some more badges... There's a room for an impossible badge to max up all traits, or something like that.

Am I the only one who notices the battles lag kinda badly after you're able to do 1000 or more damage? My computer can easily run Crysis on high settings, I don't see how it can't run this, buggy coding is buggy.

Yeah, mages are hugely overpowered compared to others - in addition to what Eclecto has mentioned already, once your Blacksmithing/Alchemy are trained, mages also get the most powerful/easily buffed weapon in the game. Archers arguably have a very slight advantage in defence quests (they can hit 4 spaces compared to 3 for the others), not that that really matters; warriors have no form of advantage at all. All this is in the grand tradition of the Protector series. :)

Damage System: if a weapon has 1d8 Damage, It Would be like Rolling an 8 sided die. The Result is how much Damage you deal. If a Weapon had 2d6 Damage, it would be like Rolling TWO 6 sided dice. Again, The Result is how much Damge you Deal. Still Confused? PM me and il Explain Fully.

One thing that would make crafting much more useful and relevant (besides being able to seeing stats of the item you are creating) is starting with a few basic recipes you can use to boost your skill, I have several blacksmithing recipes, but because they are so advanced I have to up my skill by spending my hard-earned gold

Maybe you could create some checkpoints floors in the Dungeon of Mystery, because it's kind of a pain we have to take care of all the small fries before we can really "train".
But great game though !

For those who want to get 1000 skill it should probably be best if you postponed the 5 towers campaign mission until you had at least 950 skill at something since one of the rewards is +50 to all combat skills. It might not seem much but due to the increasing difficulty getting from 950 to 1000 is an hour or two on its own.

Here is a cheat I just confirmed: Start new game Here is a cheat I just confirmed:
1. Start new game
2. Play through any way you like until it asks your name.
3. Go to any other website
4. Use back button
5. Continue adventure on character: UNDEFINED
6. Enjoy 95% hit chance forever
I think this gives you a ton of random experience in some way.
