@monkkeyaang your right... except for the fact that warrior's can turn to an archer which is the BEST defense against flying

Lol, hardcore doesn't seem hardcore with all those skillpoints--in fact, the worst levels felt exactly the same as on easy, while many of the simpler ones felt far easier. :P

"Sweet, I'm totally massacring these enemies with my armor pierce warriors! Now all that's left is the b--500 armor?!? My units did nothing but specialism, and aren't leaving a dent. Ah, well. My mage with cripple will kill it."
*cripple stops working once the boss reaches 1 HP* Now that's not fair...! :P

Archers are awesome. :P
They just helped me beat a map I was having trouble with in the past. Barely, but hey, at least I got it done! ;)

For the shipyard map i used physical warriors with consecrate, if you upgrade them to max damage they can take the map by themselves.
For the old throne map i just used energy and fire mages upgraded for max damage and 2 physical warriors to take out wave 12.

This is series is probably the best TD games i've played. 6 out of 5!!!

For anybody having trouble on the Cursed Mine map get the warrior skill tree to include archer, then the placement is two fire mages up front use as inflictors with cripple then on the bottom put at least two fire mages to kill straggling bats. As the rats come put two warriors on the front of the middle block upgrade only one of them through these stages: Cold, Armour percing, Specalist, and Archer this should allow you to kill the frogs and bats and the fire mages take care of the wave 5 boss. The protecter series is a great game, Let's all hope Undefined makes a fifth

can u get the hard badge also if u play on easy?
or do u have to paly on hard?
my pc crashed so i got to start over from level 17 al the way again :( i hope easy mode works otherwise i can start again xD

@JtMA: this wave has 40 Armor, that's a lot, even for no-strengh elements. you need mages doing high damage for these to overcome the damage reduction from armor (which can reduce damage to 0)
