The first thing I did was clicking one of those monsters on menu. Splat! And I kept doing it for like 100 times. And no reward ;( :D

Well, I can't say I'm enjoying the difficulty curve...or the commentary on win/lose, I'm not particularly fond of games that give me sass for playing them. Like, fine, I'll play something else then. Like maybe a tower defense game that isn't so mind-bendingly boring between waves because there's no fast forward function that a small part of my own personal problem is that after I start a wave, I lose interest and go to a different tab and do something else while listening for sounds of combat to cue me in to pay attention. I don't need your sass, you're not a great enough of a game to sass me.

It's a shame how much this game hasn't aged well due to the lack of a speed function and overall difficulty, but as far as a game from 2008 goes, it's not bad at all. I was hoping for a small ending instead of being shot back to the main screen though.

Well, to be honest, here are TOONS of TD nowadays and this one, even if few years old, has nothing special to show, is slow and not very user friendly. 2/5

While a decent game, it has more then enough flaws to make even the most hardcore gamers refuse to touch it. The most noticeable of these flaws, as I am sure you have all noticed, is the speed of the overall game. Simply to complete the tutorial takes a person 5-10 minutes assuming they have never played the game before, and are actually paying attention. But it does not stop at the tutorial, some of the enemy units take such a long time to walk that it takes a player over ten minutes to complete a map, or more. And keep in mind I have only made it to the second level by the time I am writing this. The lack of a "Fast forward" button is indeed a crippling flaw for a game that would otherwise be incredible. While retaining decent graphics and sound, the overall speed, the ridiculous speed of the units, and the lack of a fast forward button makes this game sit snugly at 3 out of 5 stars...

Needs a speed up button. Needs unit select hot keys. Needs a speed up button. Needs key to escape out of current unit being upgraded. Needs a speed up button. Needs to open next unit when clicked in stead of requiring previous unit window to be closed first. Needs a speed up button.

Dear god, this is hands down the worst game i have ever played. Just terrible. absolutely terrible. 1 star. I would sooner blow my brains out than play this game again.

Specialist levels seem to be completely pointless, except the archer specialization, who is, fittingly enough, the only advanced unit not completely pointless.

It took me an hour and a half to beat the 5 levels for the quest badge. Granted, one of them was a 40 wave marathon, but that only means it's about twice as long as the others. I estimate this means the whole game takes about 6-8 hours, assuming you never lose near the end of a map and have to start over.

New Addition for the Protectopedia "Magic Surge" Every so often a bolt from an element that you don't have on the field or from an area you don't have a mage from that element in will strike your opponent, these surges may help or hinder your defense depending on the element"

Y'know, mathematically, giving a Dexer a level is special is NEVER a good idea. Every generalist level is +40% damage. Every specialist level is +5%. And that's on top of randomness being bad.

Last criteria on the Stats on left side of screen says Time Wasted 01h : 36m : 23s. I say it should be changed to Time Well Spent 01h : 36m : 23s.

A shame that it's so slow because of its age. I really do like the game, but it seems that Flash updates really hurt it in the long run. Maybe one day it will be remade properly.
