is it actually possible to infect the shield ship, or is that just an example of an idea for a sequel released into this game?

Meh. It was ok. The concept of taking over neww ships was nice, though. But the variety of ships was low (seriously, there's only 5 types of controllable ships) and the last boss didn't require much work. All you had to do is find a comfy spot where bullets wouldn't come near too often and keep shooting. Especially on the second part, where there were NO bullets in the center, only easily destroyed ships. This made the last boss boring. And to top it all off, the storyline was unrealistic. Who is going to spend billions of dollars in ships just to destroy something that they won't get anything from destroying? I think it would be less weird if they were just trying to capture you.

super cool idea, some good shareware gamemakers (sega, konami,valve and others) could make a mega awesome 3D game with super cool levels with this idea! PLZ if any good shareware gamemaker is reading this then PLZ make cool game with this idea!

Great game idea. I like the varied ships. Expand on this and it could be an epic game. Lots of fun. Include more story elements.

If you want to infect the shielded craft, you have to knock out his shield first. You can see a small part of the ship sticking outside of the shield (top left corner of the ship). Shoot at that and the shield will disable.

i LOVE this game.small gunships give you speed,agility,less armor and better firing.medium gunships give you agility,speed,lots of armor and good rate of firing.tankers are almost useless.I also wonder how and if you can take over sheilded craft and bosses.If you try the bosses thing I suggest taking over them when their about to crash into the ground. GOOD GAME 5/5

Ghostly good game. Sadly again no alien-frogs in here. Noone apparently seems to be seeing the great potential in this idea.

Great idea, would be better if it was longer, and guys do you know the ship with the forcefield? just destroy its energy pod, and you can take it over, its so cool with its shot gun like laser

Very nice game, its fun. Add more variety and more levels and possibly an upgrade of some sort and you got a 5/5 game. :-)

It's a good concept, but it does get repetitive. Perhaps shields on normal enemies as well as the boss (if I remember correctly).

The whole "infect other ships, if you stay outside of a ship's guidance system for too long you fizzle out into nothingness" premise of Ghost Guidance is REALLY similar to the "posses other people, if you stay out of a host body too long, you get whisked off to the afterlife" premise of that old Gamecube game Geist.... It worked well in both examples.

There are some good ideas in this game, and it's pretty well made. It does run out of things to throw at you fairly quickly, though.

No lag problems here, but you probably should include a quality button. Great concept, but really short, I was a bit disappointed because I was looking forward to infecting all kinds of different ships, and there were only like 3 or 4. 3/5, hope to see this again but much longer.

i beat the game pretty easily, the smallest little car is the best i found, BUT i agree a pause button would be nice, also i found no lag, and i thought it would be cool if you could upgrade yourself but you would need more levels for it to be effective. Also, great idea and great game

please for the love of god, can a game work out its glitches b4 being released to the general public. case in point, final boss or any boss, your ship blows up and bam, you get stuck and can't move and have to wait til your energy depletes. so mister bad dev, your game get 2/5, it would be 1 but you had originality
