does anybody know how to figure out when you could use more Speed Modules or when you have enough? and why the Depletion amount spikes an extra 0.5 sometimes?

I don't think I've ever completed a map without ending in deficit energy. I try, but when I build reactors/ more energy gathherers, my energy consumption just goes up with my production. I guess having more energy just tells my guns to shoot faster...

@deathvonduel: switch OFF the green orb on the city. Some of the pro players experimented a lot with survival mode. Check out the comments around July 8. @Kyndryd: seriously? you don't even look at the IN GAME control panel? but you bother to type in a comment? duh!

@chilese: thanks :) to not spend ammo packets, you have a few options: to disarm a weapon, you have to select that weapon and then either hit "a" on your keyboard, or click the "disarm" button in the lower left corner of the game screen. this option will still load that weapon up to full ammo, but it won't fire. alternatively, you can hit "q" or click "deactivate" that one weapon. this will stop it both firing and loading. the 3rd option is to hold ammo packets to all weapons by a click on the city's red button.

i wish the "evermore" aspect was incorporated into CW2 academy!! and that the producers were available in this version.

I got that Oct 29 time down to 3:48. As it turns out, the reactor is unnecessary, and the main determining factor in minimizing time seems to be how fast you can build the mortar. Start building it right next to Odin City right after the first few collectors are built, and move it to the easternmost tip of the island after it is assembled and before it starts firing.

Finished Oct 29 in 4:22. Move Odin City to the island close to the creeper, cover it with green ASAP (totem #1), then put a mortar on the easternmost tip and build a reactor. Also, build an (unconnected) relay in the middle of the smaller island to the north, and two collectors to (eventually) cover the island in green and connect to totem #2. When the mortar starts to rock the creeper, build a relay that connects to the relay on the small island. Your single mortar will soon make the creeper retreat enough north of the small island to allow you to build a single-collector bridge to totem #3. QED

Caos...frankly, it's bugged. When you're dumping a ton of energy around it starts to mess up. I like to pretend that it's just because there's only a certain amount of energy the lines can handle at a time.

For today mission, try use single mortar on map and one blaster per emitter and take 99% of map. Blasters can fire only from its final position near emitter, can not any more once it is there.

(Checks), July 4th: 34:28, with all emitters capped, city unmoved and no drones used. AIR, I went around the ridge on right then split into two forks to continue along the ridge and to cross the narrow spot to the big hill.

it would be nice if i could turn survival on ONLY when i wanted to i relly dont like it when it just turns itself on and destroys all my hard work maybe hell try and change that? that was my only problem with the game otherwise 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000/5
