Needs more buildings/upgrades -- even on medium I run out and just end up building like 4 full missiles, 8 full ions, etc, etc.

amazingagain, I used to get massacured on easy alot, I'll take a random guess you have the same problem, the upgrade button is on the top right information box for the building, find it, and with enough practiceyou'll beat apocalypse difficulty.

Easy: Build cannons on first line with one space between. Buy Adv economics and then build two more cannons when possible. up grade one in the center. Buy robotics. Place them in the center. Then keep upgrading and building cannons. The people shouldn't die this way

Nope, more cash doesn't mean you also get more points. And I think the same goes for population. I got fewer points than last time, although I had more money AND people...

yeah, I also wondered about how to get over a score of 400.000. And I don't think that those scores are cheated, neverthelees, no doubt about those ones over some millions^^
Perhaps you get more points if you get more money till the end. So I will just try that and keep some E-Centers..

High scores on apocalypse must be hacked lol... with a perfect strategy and score I get like 340.000 at most. Ok, I can accept that I'm eternal second and some guy named Adie gets about 100,000 points more every time (allthough within the games margins I'm even suspicious of that) However when you look at the alltime and monthly scores people get scores of 77 million and more.... which is simply impossible.

lol i survived with a full row of ions at front 2 level 2 ions at front and a couple of level 3s and end ship was easy,my level 3s just took it apart

I like to come back and play on apocalypse mode, even though I got the badge ages ago ^^ Nice and enjoyable game 5/5. Bit too random though; first minute with same strat can make or break game.

This game was hard as hell for me at first... until I utilized the level 4 ion cannon early on in the game.
Beat apocalypse in 1 try after I started using level 4 ion cannon early.

Would be fun if it were more difficult or shorter. After you have everything fully upgraded and the earth shield in place, you do nothing for 20 minutes but watch. 3/5

i don´t have the money for upgrades, because i need every cent for ne ion cannons. They kill my cannons and the people in no time.

wow? game ends way too early... you couldn't save up for the planet shield without getting owned... DON'T GET ECONOMY UPGRADE GET THE NUCLEAR ONE AND THEN GET LOTS OF MISSILE TOWERS 4/5
