I realize now that if I want to make my dream come true I must retain my perfectionism and OCD. One. More. Try... (5/5)

@400KrispyKremes: You have to skid jump up to the end platform instead of following the normal route. But if you think that bird is hard to get then I suggest you stop playing now. It's an extremely easy bird to get compared to the later part of the game.

Also, I really don't know how many times I've said myself that the current level was particularly tricky and then later learning that it was nothing in comparison to the more difficult ones. I've still yet to play the 5 last levels (+3 secret levels) and I'm still 149 coins short. I can't wait to see what the infamous level 40 is gonna be like - or S10 if that's harder.

I know it's not much but I found an easy way to get the bird on level 34. At the long row of fragile blocks, at the top, you can stop on the center of the last block and fall through the entire mid section and thus leaving decent time to get the bird.

Finally hit orange switch. I was so relieved that it stayed pressed, even after death. I can't imagine getting to level 30 for the hard badge. This game is nuts!

This is the best and probably the most difficult platform game ever, prepare to be sceaming in rage at the impossible badge. I give is 5/5 :D

Me at the Start: Aww! Look at the cute birdies! Fly away, pretties!
Me 10 minutes in: Uh yes, I would like the painfully slaughtered yellow bird with a side of his flaming heart on a stick. Thank you.

There is a completely flat surface in the 12'th level. Use this as a training ground. Practice the DOUBLE-JUMP, WALL JUMP, and SKID JUMP, or include the background as markers. For instance, you could skid in-between the blue area of the two floating islands, or SKID JUMP over the left island without touching the surrounding clouds. Even the overworld has useful places for exercise; try landing on the platform holding a spring. All of this may seem like overkill, but all three of these 'exercises' are important for succeeding in the later levels or shaving off seconds for a yellow bird.
TL,DR: TAPLeft-TAPRight+S 4 SKIDJUMP, Death shows you what you suck at and that's ok, Do the secret levels first cause they're hard, Sir MoneySeize is slow and slippery, and Jump around in empty areas instead of actually playing the game.
I hope that any one of these has helped someone.

Be wary of your momentum. Watch how quickly Sir MoneySeize stops after running; ducking can cause an elongated slide. What is most of note are the actions of sliding on walls. Remember that Sir MoneySeize does not take long to revert to a slower sliding speed after falling.

Try the secret levels first. I will not be giving away their locations, just know that there are secret levels, and most are easy enough to spot once you know their 'tells' (a lone platform with nothing on it, an empty gap that seems out of the way). You don't have to complete them immediately; you could go through the game without finding any of them. Just keep in mind that the challenges within these early optional levels will be found in the later mandatory levels. It might be wise to get used to them sooner than later, as you could find some tricks to help you through easier levels.

Stop getting discouraged of death. You will die in this game constantly, and in the end, there will be nothing wrong about that. As ridiculous as this may seem, try to see each death as an opportunity; a chance to get better and farther than you got before. Think about how you can circumvent your actions and get a little bit closer to that door. After all, it isn't a mistake if you fall on a spike on the first level. It's a mistake if you fall on a spike on the first level ten times in a row.

First, the Dreaded SKID JUMP. I have seen plenty of comments cursing this action, from when the game released up to now, five years later. This is understandable, but you must master the SKID JUMP, not only for the later levels, but for the fact that it is your most useful jump, aside from the life-saving DOUBLE-JUMP. The SKID JUMP is the furthest, highest, and fastest jump in your moveset, and moves at an arc to avoid obstacles. As the game says, move in a direction, then press the opposite direction and the JUMP key simultaneously, immediately releasing the original direction in the process. Think of it as a fighting game combo: TAPleft-TAPright+S. Once practiced, this jump can make things much easier. I have also found that when moving to the left, Sir MoneySeize can skid even when both arrow keys are pushed, whereas you cannot achieve this in the opposite direction. If this is true for your keyboard as well, use this to possibly make the SKID JUMP easier.

Even with a 'measly' 921 coins, I feel that I need to give some advice that I have learned to those wishing to start this game, and may not be prepared for the journey ahead. WAY too long opinion posts incoming; I wrote this before finding out about a "1000 character limit".

I just want the medium achievement. I see you, orange switch, yet you elude me. So many times. I'm getting too old for these sorts of games. :P

It is of course important to remember that you do not need to collect every coin in a single play-through of a level... Many times have I died trying to get 2 coins which are pretty much un-collectable if you go for the other

for those of you looking for a challange, try beating lv12 only hoping on the moving platform once and not taking the upper path (it is possible I have done it 5 times

I got 1010 coins in my pocket, off to buy a new keyboard & go on a week vacation to de-stress & get my sanity back. I've COMPLETED many great hard platform games, Gem Cave Adventure, Zed, Meatboy X2, Weirdville, Pixel Quest: The Lost Idols, Toxic, Mario Ghosthouse to list a few, MoneySeizure I have to admit was the most challenging. Brilliant game, props to the game maker. 5*'s

Awwww... Just came by to play a bit of this game again, and my save isn't there anymore D: Of course it was a couple years ago, so I didn't expect it would be there, but still :(... I had 1010 Coins D:

The wall jump control is backwards of what is intuitive and the opposite of what is used on virtually every other game ever made. 2/5
