So far as I can tell, if you get poisoned it's game over. You just gradually lose health until you lose. Fantastic.

This game is, of course, based on the commonly know fact that fire will never, ever travel in an upward direction. This is so reliable that you can leave any highly flamable substance above a flame and it will never catch alight.

I'm terrible at rhythm games and even worse at bullet hell but together it just works for me! I love it!

An in-depth review brought to you by insomnia: Concept: You've taken risk, streamlined it, and added your own twists. Nothing shockingly new though. 0.5/1 Mechanics: A few minor hiccoughs which can be blaimed more on my braindumb than anything else. 1/1 Visuals: Certainly nothing to write home about but also not hidious. 0.5/1 Audio: Simple, elegant music. Sound effects are pleasant and used sparingly. 1/1 Fun: May not have had me grinning ear to ear, but it also didn't make me hate playing. Which is more than I can say for many of casual games. 1/1 Overview: Not exactly mind boggling awesome, though I admit this is hardly my typical style of game. No bugs, no obnoxious cutscenes, nothing negitive about the game in general. My only real suggestion would be to consider collaborating with someone for more striking visuals. At a total of 4/5 this ranks higher than all but a select few in my books. Congrats on a well rounded game.

I'm pretty sure there is a glitch where my opponent just regenerates forever. He ran out of mana ages ago and he is still at full health...

A puzzle game where your wits, and not just your reflexes, are put to the test! If that wasn't enough it's got a slick design and great music. My only real complaint is that one of the levels (I think it was 28) told me I had beat it before I even had a chance to move a single character. Honestly one of the best puzzle games I have EVER played and puzzles games are my favorite :D

Wish Upon a Star

At first I thought "one thousand stars for a life, that seems fair" but after I saw it took fifty stars just to keep from sliding around like a greased turkey on an ice rink I grew suspicious.

It's possible that it's all in my head, but I feel like the difficulty curve is awfully bumpy

Protip: In a good game you die and you think "Whoops, messed up a little that time, lets try again". In an insane player killer simulation you think "And then I'll...wait, did I just die? How did that even happen? Oh well, lets t... I just died again."

Blowing zombies up is always a fun time, and the walkthrough is handy for those levels you just can't wrap your brain around (happens to the best of us) but I just doesn't seem possible to get gold on level 38. The walkthrough suggests using a method that actually gets me a lower score than the way I did it. What the hell? Am I missing something here?

Is it just me or is this game currently non-functional?

After the game gilitched for the third time I got really tired of restarting. Maybe I'l finsih this later when it is less buggy.

What am I doing wrong that chapter 1 is impossible on hard? I kill my opponents as quickly as I can but no matter what I do I'm losing heath and have no way to ever regain it so I just gradually lose. Not that the game wasn't fun when I played through it on easy but this is really frustrating!

Just for the record, this is a terrible game to play after staying up all night. It's fun times if you've slept though, ah yeah.

Entertaining enough. It's actually playable, which is more that I can say for a lot of platformers. It could really use a walkthrough or maybe something to hint where items, coins and hints are. As it is, the only way to find them is to replay every level over and over again until you find the one odd corner you missed.

I interesting concept to be sure. The only reason I don't love it more is my poor reflex skills. Also, I think this is the only game where I got the medium badge before the easy one. :/

I've noticed that the controls will lock up every once and awhile and send me hurling uncontrolably in a random direction. Aside from that, interesting game you've got going on here.

I'm really impressed with this game. Good graphics, fun game play, challanging but not too insane. What more could a casual gamer want?

Oh, I totally misunderstood. I though fighting a boss that had no obvious way of defeating him and having to spend hours trying to figure out what obscure way the developer has dreamed up to stun said boss so that you can do minimal damage before he preforms an attack which very difficult to dodge and having to give up while playing though for story value on EASY was a bad thing. No, apparently it's a good thing I can't figure out how to defeat the boss. Yup, totally enjoying this game that I will never ever beat. Fun times

I was having trouble accessing my inventory during battle when I discovered that I had accidentally hit Caps Lock. Once I turned it off I was able to access my inventory during battle once more.
