Where the first generator cost 10 after the first prestige ?

If you mean why doesn't the first generator cost 10 after prestiging or expanding, it's because the cost for all mult gets lower so if you were to buy that instead of the first generator you would be stuck. So the game automatically buys the first generator so you can't get stuck.

What? I'm not quite sure what you meant. Electricity divides the cost of the upgrade that gives a multiplier to all generators.
