I love Mine of Sight. Like a mix of Minesweeper and Akari, and for some reason it also reminds me of other puzzle classics like Slitherlink and Kakuro. I’m a sucker for these kinds of games, so: Thank you.

Because it already has 2 filled pixels around it, therefore the remaining pixels are not filled. Hopefully you are able to follow my logic here and won’t accuse me of guessing. Then you can fill the area around the 7. Because the area around the 7 is now exactly 7 tiles. That means all of them are filled.”.

In Pixoji, I got surprised in Challenge – Medium 2. I found a solution, but I think I used some guesses, so I was unsure. I double-checked the clues and it was all OK. Then I wrote a solver and when it produced a result, it was the same.

It is adaptive though, it checks if it’s still possible to solve, after each attempt. If not, backtrack. I don’t have a complete set of rules implemented either, just: total, segments, crown, heart, smiley, for rows, columns and cells. It took me maybe three hours, maybe not even that :)
Thanks for the quick reply, and apologies for the hasty comment. I tend to forget the range of tiles that the smiley gives information about, as I’m used to only looking at the tiles that touch. >.>

The level only accepts one of the 16 possible valid solutions, and requires four guesses from the player.
Loving the pixoji game but I think I found a level where a guess is needed. I was gonna write it up and prove you wrong and then I figured it out. I hate this game! It wastes too much of my time! Well done!
I am really enjoying the game but I am missing a reset button for when you want to start the level over instead of waiting 2 seconds each click to make enough mistakes to start over a level or an option to set it like in challenge mode where you can just click anywhere without it triggering “mistakes”.
