Making a 'good looking pumpkin': use knife from kitchen to cut face into pumpkin, use lit cigarette to light candle (both from living room) and put the lit candle inside pumpkin.
(You get an achievement that doesn't really mean anything <3)

My game becomes unresponsive after I get the steak and go into the room with the key. I just stay there, all the buttons are unresponsive. I tried right click and settings to maximum memory, and nothing. If anyone knows any solution, I would be very grateful. I would love to finish this game. Thanks.

2 ways to kill him. Use cigerette+candle=FIRE
OR...Look through bottom cabinets...find bleach,get the window cleaner in basement. Add those to bucket at foot of bed=CHEMICAL DEATH(Acheivement) have fun <3

sleeping pills + cup of water tends to do it, luisen...and then you just need to catalyze a reaction to finish the game.

Carved out a pumpkin, went back inside, went into kitchen, went back into living room, then nothing would respond anymore. Things would highlight when moused over, but wouldn't accept click.

part of the premise of these games is the death is supposed to look like an accident. ammonia (window cleaner) and bleach mixed together in a bucket at the foot of someone's bed is no accident.

Ok time to kill him. [clicks knife] [clicks man]... nothing happens. Oh how silly of me, I should have known that I had to mix bleach with Windex all put in a bucket at the foot of his bed, much easier and more efficient than stabbing him in his sleep. Duh.
