My saved data also disappeared this morning, although I have a file "GhostHacker2.sol" , dated from my last playing session. It's already located in the "chat.kongregate.com" folder in the path you mentionned to Chlorinate (for chrome). Any other idea to restore it?

where did save data go. Lost all progress.
Someone mentioned kongregate did something to where it was stored...how do I even tell the game where to look for data.

Is there actually any advantage to upgrading memory leak? The numbers coming up for the damage over time are always one, and I'm not noticing the creep loosing 3 every 2 seconds when I examine them.
It does round down the numbers that float above the enemy when damaging them, but it is doing the extra fractional damage. If you look at the "Damage done" stat it will show the amount increasing by 1, then 2, then 1, etc.

my game bugged. Whenever a creep took my cube away, instead of losing that cube, it froze on the exit, and when my towers killed it, I retrieved the cube. I can win all levels with only one tower, with no upgrades. Please fix this so i can keep playing properly

@chaoticbrain if 6 is so hard to get challenge mode beat, explain this http://i479.photobucket.com/albums/rr156/joshiki_r/GH2_zps0ea496cf.png and im still going
The game saves automatically whenever you complete a level or change a setting. If you're having trouble losing your save game make sure your browser isn't deleting cookies and you don't have software like CCleaner that deletes cookies.

You guys do know you already 'reset' your upgrades at the upgrade screen. You also can HOLD 'SHIFT' or 'CTRL' when left clicking to downgrade stuff and get data cores back.
When you do challenge mode, make sure the towers and upgrades you are forced to use, are maximum upgraded as best as possible.
I'm looking into a fix, but in the meantime you can go to the Adobe Flash configuration site and check the "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer" checkbox.

I'm enjoying this game so much, it's like a time machine to the future... I start playing and BAM! it's 3 hours later and I have to run off in a hurry.

nice game....would be nice if the levels were longer with more stages....i feel like i just get started with my defenses and it ends.

Some of the upgrades do not show to have any effect or sometimes doesn't show in game. Like if you increase damage it actually shows, but the linker upgrade doesn't show up in game

The original was a classic and a hard act to follow. I like the idea of perm upgrades and hard mode, but it's easy enuf to do hard the 1st time through, giving u more upgrade points, and making the game too easy imho. I liked how the original had virtually no margin for error. It would be better if you had to run thru standard mode in order to get enough upgrade points to make it even possible to get thru hard. I'm also not a fan of monster mode, which is so prevalent in this sequel, but maybe that's just me. All that being said, I am enjoying it. Cheers.

@kyubi913: Actually, the primary target that the towers always target first is an enemy that has a datacore closest to escaping with it. From the way I read your comment, you are saying the primary target is the enemy closest to grabbing a datacore. This is only the main target if no enemy has a datacore.

Well, i found that "abuse-able tactic" I mentioned.. Slicer towers, paired with one of each upgrade. Damage, Fork, Linker, and Range. Get about 3 of those in a map and you can basically take care of anything.

Great game. I would rate 3/5. There is two things I didn't like. The challenges and some levels feel way to specific to beat, but the thing that I really didn't like is the suicide reference in Level 31. Perhaps you could remove it? I don't think it's something to be made fun of.

Why is this game so laggy? Nothing else I've ever played on Kong runs as poorly as this, which was a huge disappointment since I enjoyed the first one.

It's pretty bad when a game has the illusion of choice, but those choices area actually all insignificant, much like this game's upgrade system. :\

The game doesn't even load for me. Hell, TinyChat doesn't even load for me... I'm just gonna say... Macs.... Suck... Because it wont let me play any game on kongregate, I mean I can go to it. But it wont load... So I'm stuck with a blank screen consisting of: Black, Grey, or whatever the picture is before the game itself starts. And for TinyChat... It's just a grey screen where the stuff should go... -_-

It was fun until level 20 when it became impossible. :( Overall a pretty good game! I do like that I can move towers and play around with the modules already in play. I do NOT like that I have to let towers recharge to place them, so I don't get to create a strategy focusing on one tower, but am forced to use more than one tower even if I think they are total crap.
