I was just DYING to say "AWESOME SF2 OMG" but after playing this... I must say: Was there a problem with the translation from the original engine? This is a HORRIBLE translation. Its almost like the one version made on flash I played long ago that had nothing but sprites converted. Well in this one at least we can see the collision and controllers work fine, but the LAG is horrible! Not only that, we can clearly see the songs were badly converted. The only stage that have the "desperation" song is Ken's. The rest just stop and repeat the song again. I'm guessing its because the songs were pulled in such a way they got huge (which probably explains why the game takes an hour to load even thou it was originally made on 1991). And where is the intro? Options? Nothing? Was this just a promo to get people to buy SF4? How long will it take to get these people to realize GOOD gaming marketing overcomes sales?

Wow, sweet! I love this game :D I'm a Mortal Kombat fan, but anyway I like this one (though some fatalities would make this game much better). I like the fact that it is a clone of the arcades one, it brings me good memories.
I don't like the controls, maybe because I'm not used to them, but I think that a, s, d and w for moving, u, i and o for punchs and j, k and l for kicks would be much better. Heh, I'm not going to ask for a multiplayer version because there's already a Street Fighter Online, and because the arcades version didn't have that feature, but it'd be nice.
Lol, I'd like to see some badges for this game, but I don't know if it has the API- anyway, the badges' names would be epic XD
Nice job here, I think this game isn't going to be a great success because of the lag and controls, but that's just because nowdays kids love their PlayStations and games with great graphics and can't understand retro games.

This game was released in 1991 as arcade. Its old school game that is uploaded as flash version.

Playing as Chun Li and everything seems to be okay with the exception of her fireball, which seems to be impossible to pull off. I'm yet to successfully throw one.

street fighter 2 is a shit of a game! Americans and Japaneses characters are the best, and you now why. The game is lagged and the graphics are so poor that are prejudicial to the gameplay. Maybe street fighter 4 is better.

Could be decent, but the combos are next to impossible - plus, not all of the characters seem balanced against eachother.

Woah, that's pretty much the greatest thing ever. It's literally a crazy flash port of the original, nothing lost, no breeze added (apart from the menu).
No lag here, plays exactly as I remember. badges please!

For the people who are experiencing lag, follow the description. Set your monitor into its lowest resolution. I think it will have less lag (from my experience.)

I'm on a decent computer and the input lag is HORRIBLE. It's almost unplayable. Besides, GameTap makes enough money as it is. 1/10
