Why doesn't my fame go above 100? :/ I had an apprentice magic user solo a band of orges after my party suicided fighting ONE.

Just dotn sell ur high lvl.. u got enuf fame boost from selling new chars... games gets repeatable after 15 mins....feels too much uncomplete.
with no benefits but to finish the archivment

this could be good, but a few things take away from it. good music, graphics, and concept but there is no story, nothing to keep playing for. fame is also mostly just a nuisance causing you to sell off everything just to keep playing. i would like it a lot more if the fame/complete each stage concept was ditched for more of an rpg feel.

A very nice game. Great graphics, good music. Fame requirements are a touch High. year 2, month 1, week 3 I have 6999 fame. I need 7917 to make the fame goal for the month. I can do it but its going to wreck my students. I would like another way to train up fresh students.
I would suggest a second party used for self training(think tutoring)
Place 1 student as an assistant Teacher (higher level the more LP gained) to help train up fresh students. More students in the Self Study party less LP gained. So using a Level 30 to train 1 student gives a better result then using a level 30 student to train 3 other students. This will give you something to do with your high level students while you are training with your main party and waiting for them to become class in demand. And improve the ability to make the fame requirements.

The jobs aren't random, they depend on the highest stat. Male: Dex- Gunslinger, Magic- Dragoon, Phs- Duelist. Female: Dex- Magic Avenger(I think that's the name), Magic- Sorceress, Phs- Healer

I'm confused...it seems like this game has a lot of complexities and intricacies, but I don't really have access to many of them. like choosing the student's classes, the skills they learn, etc. plus, very little explanation, e.g. what determines my income?

Wow, talk about an RPG that _makes_ you not care about your characters. There's NO benefit to having more than 4 students, as those students can *never* gain EXP and the fame requirements go up so quickly you HAVE to sell off your highest level students, and every month you need to train that highest level person faster (because next month's fame is that much higher) or you sell off _two_ students. My god, it is impossible to save a student at a high level to ever have a party of four compete and *win* the Tournament.

This could have been a great game, but unfortunately it's not. Nice music, enyojable graphics and interesting concept, but why the fame requirements are so high? ps: LOL at "Hold that Meteor!" description!

All I have left is to "Find the hidden button."
The Apprentice is extremely easy with 4 lv30 characters. My team is Duelist, Gunslinger, Sorcerer, Mirage Caster.

I enjoyed it very much , played 1 full year without a penalty. The game needs a , how to put it , a more advanced way to train from grade 1 - 10 in the later months , cuz if you happen to be unlucky with the class on demand , it can get hard. Could do with save slots. And a Storyline , probly a more "real" rival academy. 4.5/5 I think this could be a NDS game pretty easily :O

I personally think that the fame requirement makes the game less fun plus you should be able to control one character with the arrow keys or something just to have more control.

I love this game, could use a storyline, maybe to deal with the fame issue you could make the principal go to a new school and start over with new quest options, new student training possibilities and maybe something like a vice-principal AI which trains some students and helps you with fame. Thank you for making such an amazing game!

Yea once I hit year 2, the Fame requirements were getting abit out of hand...It started going up by 1000 Fame per month...or more. Unless there is some secret I haven't found, I can't do that without graduating off all my top students, and that would cripple me for tourny and quests. Not to mention that would really prevent me from accomplishing the next 1000+ Fame req. the next month.

I went to a 4 star mission, was going to let my sorceress and dragoon win it to level my other people, when the apprentice appeared. my lvl30 dragoon and sorceress are dead, as is my magilance. Now my grade 15 gunner is hiding behind a lake and shooting. I'm gonna go do homework and hope that he dies soon.

would be an awesome game if the fight system wasnt so terrible... if i may make a suggestion for a sequel i think this game would work well with a fight system like the old final fantasy games or i guess like "sonny" also the turn-based grid-type battles in games such as "caravan" might work here as well

Its a good game, but the fame is sometimes to high and sometimes the only thing that you may live through is the errands and they don't give a lot of lp sometimes

I've been playing this game for hours and love it! The only problem is that the fame requirement almost kills the chances of winning consecutive tournaments because you must resort to sacrificing your party to meet the requirement. I often find myself at square one after all my efforts.

apprentice is only possible to kill by gettin him stuck somewher iv found, killed him twice now with low levels chars but only by trapping and being patient

@Keisuienti When you're at the character management screen, click one of your students, click organize, and you can choose to upgrade their level, equipment, or change name. You can also graduate them from the previous menu, as well.

oh yeah that's right i coulda just ran beside that lake and let my g 30 gunsligner do it . damnit, my duelist has exca duel daggers but i only c a 20 dmg differnce from a twin silver daggers at g 30

to level up, click ur student, then organise then look top left n ull see option to level up if uve the experience. u can also level up the weapons which will increase the amount of fame u get for the char aswell

pushing a meteor from space gains you like double the exp you get from a royal dick cup. i wonder what the apprentice and 5 star hunt lp amount it gives

To train the students or lvl them up click on them and press organize student. It then says grade up equipment up and rank up after level 10, or grade 10.

Been playing this for 2 hours and its extremely easy. To get fame you either win tournaments or graduate students. A reasonable and good strategy is to keep a mirage caster and a dragoon/dueler. Then get them to 30 and get them exca weapons, which are extremely easy to get when you do errand quests. At first you may not meet the fame requirement, but you'll meet it soon after the 3rd/4th month.

i managed to kill the apprentice, but only because he got caught in a glitch where u canty fit thru the gap. my dragoon was able to keep hitting him and eventually killed him. thing is he got 1000's of experience now that cant really be used
