The "Spell Damage" feature should add to your healing spell's effectiveness as well. If your healing spell heals for 10%, and you have a +70% "spell damage" stat, your healing spell should heal for 17%. Simple, effective. The spell refresh stat affects the healing spell, there's no reason that it shouldn't be able to get more powerful with other magic too.

You know, destroying the world after you've killed every king, and all of their armies, which seemed to include a good 90% of their population, seems kind of redundant.

I got all the badges in this game! I will just give a hint somehow. Just do what you can until you can get the 'Slambomb' that is very effective against all enemies near you. All you need to do is to corner them at the rightmost corner on the screen. Don't mind if you don't see them but THEY SURELY TAKE DAMAGE by the 'Slambomb' attack. It is very effective that even archer and mage will get hit because they are trying to appear on screen which is that you keep on slambomb attack. Just try it. On the other hand, acquiring the 'Godlike-Combo', I used this sequence of attack: Jump attack + Stun attack + Slambomb + Teleport + Charge. First is the jump attack because it is not easy to hit an enemy that keeps on running and the last is charge attack because it is easier to spam charge attack. Make sure every attack hits an enemy and do it as fast until you get GODLIKE x 20. GOODLUCK. This is one of my favorite game. Challenging game even for somehow it is kinda boring. Alright then.

should have an alternate version where you play as the guy that killed the guy you play as and how you go through and trap him in the coffin

This was a terrible choice for badge of the day. Not a slam against the game. BotD shouldn't be something that requires so much time that it may be unattainable within one day.

Easier way to get 20x godlike combo: get some good enough gear not to die, but you don't want to kill enemies that easily either. Wait in the middle of the area until enemies come for you, then teleport away. Use attack jump in the direction you came from, you should hit them and be surrounded now. Then use stun attack followed by slambomb, and charge to the left and to the right repeatedly until you get to 20x. I did it in the last artifact fortress level but any level can do as long as there's a lot of melee enemies around and your charge has a good range.

It'd be nice if Charge's animation was just a hair quicker, so that sword and club-wielding enemies weren't able to get in cheap hits every single time you attack them. It'd also be nice if Charge didn't consistently stop short of hitting ranged or fleeing enemies -- the character's (incorrect) assumption seems to be that every single enemy will be constantly moving towards you. Which they aren't.

When I "upgrade" a spell, why does the casting refresh time have to go up? It just makes the game much slower and upgrading spells less worthwhile. Many of the upgrades in fact lower your damage per second.

The essence of the game isn't to mash attack Ilkugar? Why would you want to kill less efficiently than the game allows? I've tried using combos for over an hour, wasted skill points on the useless magic attribute, and it's obvious which way of playing is more efficient. I played this game when the badges first came out too and didn't bother back then. NOT going to bother this time around.

Honestly, I don't know why you would ever want finesse. The exp gain is so low it's useless, fitness is better in terms of damage (plus it gives you health) and it's so easy to move around with skills the movement speed is useless too.

Playing on Insane mode is much better for you guys since you get double skill points and an extra stat point per level. Well it might seem like it's difficult at first, it's worth it later on. If you are worried about the 20x combo then it's still possible to do on Insane. In fact I got it before any of the other 3 badges.

All skillpoints on "Heal", all charpoints on "Fitness" and you can just run through the levels hitting space. No combos or other spells or even jumping needed....

You should play it on insane. It might start off real slow, but you level up extra fast and you get more skill and attribute points then in normal. You can only level up to level 100 and then you don't get any more points so your person would end up being twice as powerful if you played it on insane

I am the great undead lord of cheap gameplay! I shall spend all my points in bonus experience and heal, and then jump up and down and kill bosses with my level 1 fireball pointed straight down... and heal myself to full every 4 seconds! Behold my awesome awesomeness!

feels like a 2d dynasty warriors sort of thing, which is not bad, considering feeling epic with combos and stuff with epic music is pretty... epic...?

to get the 20x combo badge - make sure to have alot of fitness, myself i used 4 fitness 1 finesse each level up. you will need the movement speed + you will need the hp points. this is what to do: wait for a high lvl boss fight this makes it way easier.. at boss fights the mobs keep spawning so it is easy to make huge combos. to make it easier start with a teleport, most ppl forget to use it during the combo + its a different button to hit. after that attackjump in the group. you already got 2 used attacks. the boss should be right beneath ur feet if you time ur attackjump right. use a stunattack and charge towards the boss after. that makes 4 used attacks. at last keep using slambomb. untill you got the 20 combo. bosses wont fly away at slambomb so they are ideal to fight againts to obtain the bagde. hope this will make it a bit easier.

To be honest, the 20-combo hard badge isn't that bad... you fight a boss, and spam slambomb on him since stun strike pushes him away... you get to "epic", spam that until x20, then teleport to get 'godlike' then you're good.

for how simple the concept is it's not bad, wish there was some sort of char. creation though maybe better graphics but probably asking for too much.

nice job making sure I will never play this game again. This botd is the only badge I dont have for this game and now that it has been botd I will never come back to get it

the charge should not slow down before striking, when an enemy is moving away from you you will miss every time because you slow down and they keep moving so you miss and break your combo count it is very frustrating even the little goblin things at the start of the game do this

if the undead lord is so damn powerfull just imagine the langdo... whatever hero's power to seal him in an ordinary coffin!!!
