For all the people saying that it sucks compared to Rouge Soul 2. First of all use capitals, as it is a proper noun. Second of all, of cause the second game is better, it took all the good things about the first game and made them better. So stop complaining.

They should make upgrades for the Character... He should have like super stars or something like that.. also even though this game is fun, after you get really far and die, you have to start over, and that is annoying. So to fix that you should just make it where you move faster in the rounds you passed and for the ones you didn't keep them regular speed.

Thanks for your comment. The repetitive first levels and the lack of upgrades are two flaws which are fixed in the sequel. Keep an eye on our Facebook page not to miss the release!

Wish I could double jump then parachute and then after parachute(without landing anywhere) double jump again..or atleast one jump =/

I can't figure out how to get the Candle decoration though? It refers to a Soulette in a tower somewhere, but... any hints, anyone?

Weird, what I can think of is try with another browser (Chrome?) and maybe another PC. Updating your flashplayer version is definitely a good idea. I have 22.0.092 here.

I aggree on no upgrades but the coins do nothing would be good if you could buy the useable items for the next round like parachutes daggers and feathers

This game may not be perfect, but it is fantastic! You always have to remember how hard it is to code and create games, it truly isn't a simple process and it requires a lot of skill and knowledge. Considering that, I am extremely impressed by this game! I certainly know I couldn't make something this fun!

Anyone have advice for getting over the big wall on level 5? Every time I get to it, I go through the hole in the middle, but the big wooden wall keeps me from progressing.

omg u should make another game rouge soul 2 where he goes to like a big cirie like a roman city and then instead of one bandit he has to beat there is alot and you can buy stuff to make him look cooler not just the outfits like the helmets and more swords this game is awesome

Although I don't much like the game, the fast loading is awesome. If more games on Kong loaded that fast, I'd be a seriously happy bunny.

Inbetween runs you should be able to purchase things with the money you collect. Things like armour, and double jump.

For me, this game is nowhere close to the games, in which you'll spent hours and then say "woah, that was great", oh no. You'll get frustrated or bored after few first runs... only to get back some time later, because deep inside, you know you can make that jump. And that's why I absolutely love it, with solid 5/5 stars. It's "faster, stronger, higher", but with improving yourself, not buying few pixels formed into squares.

Best game I played in the last weeks. The no upgrade system is good, you need to learn the patterns and have good reaction time to play good. Also, if sequel is in future plans, adding a chechpoint would be good. (personally having trouble with the 2-black-captains-in-1-game loot)

I don't get it... it's a game about collecting coins and you can't even spend them? Too bad, the game has pretty much potential, but it isnt used...

About Double Jumps: I have the habit of keeping the button pressed, since in many games the longer you press, the higher you jump (in Rogue Soul jump height is fixed).
The game takes this longer pressure as a double jump.
What about having double jump "kick in" only with a second tap?
A configurable option would be the best thing, in my opinion.
BTW the game is great BECAUSE it does not upgrade!

On the challenges each medal needs certain points... Like this: Bronze (750 pts) / Silver (1000 pts) / Gold (1300 pts) / Platinum (1800 pts) / Hope this helps!
