Always have to give credits to the funny remake of the original artworks. The humour definitely makes the quiz more fun and worthwhile to try, and paint games are beast! I'd even argue that some of them could be better than the originals.
Never use your heroes special abilities until the last (3rd) round. Last round is always the boss round and will take longer to defeat, but save your specials to spam on that round and it'll end quicker.
Too much grinding required to get coins for upgrades. It's tedious. Couldn't there be some sort of achievement system that awards us bonus coins if we've completed them? A lot of better Upgrade games tend to have it.
At one point, one of the opponent had the soccer ball stuck between their legs and wouldn't budge, so I ended up pushing the whole guy into their goal lol. This game is hilarious and amusing to play.
A friendly tip is to prioritize Promotion for heroes that are Rare and up. You'll start to collect more Uncommon heroes and higher further in the game, instead of Common and instead use the latter for boosts.
"Even the greatest journey begins with a first TAP. The problem doesn't exist if you don't see it. Trust your eyes." Those phrases are deep, and just as a great intro as it was to an amazing game. I liked the simple design, plus the optical illusions were very interesting. It just shows you how vital perspective can be in problem solving, instead of always relying on principle.
I remember finishing it within 226 seconds on NG. It was short but fun, with the interesting theme and the various puzzles. I didn't know where the drill was at a first glance, but eventually found it. Hopefully you will make more sequels to this potential series.
Gotta love the ones where you include a lot of mini-puzzles and rooms to visit - again, revise on the grammar on the items we interact with. When clicking the mirror (black key room) it should be "The mirror is dirty and needs cleaning", not "The mirror is dirty and needs cleaned".
Now this looks like a promising series. It's almost like a PleasantVille game version, when the world was still black/white. Some of the grammar in the game were incorrect though. "The plant needs watered" should be "The plant needs watering" or "The plant needs to be watered" instead.
This game was fairly short and easy. It doesn't seem to stand out as very unique or creative, since there are many similar props and items that you usually include in a lot of your puzzle games. Its come to the point where I can easily recognize what items I can take, what I am looking for and how to find them.
Other then that, it was all right.
I was hoping that we could eat that chicken at the staircase. Damn. Hiding that last key behind the "Exit" sign was pretty sneaky, but I also question why the spacing on the left of the Soda machine is clickable for no reason ..?
Similiar to NG, this is pretty much the first game you have ever uploaded on Kong, I can say I've seen you have made a lot of improvements on the games you have published during the following years. So this one appears as so-so, since I found it hard to find which places/objects that I could interact with.
I still think there are many ways you could have furthered this concept. I could imagine this being used those rhythm game, where the objects are placed to move with the music. Another suggestion for advanced players is to add in more paths and loops for players to place rings in.
The game was all right. All the puzzles were easy and the game progress was fairly simple; from showing the map to the guy at the Metal detector rentals place, to giving a guy his sunglasses, you'll get the watermelon.
All for a titanic boarding pass, lol. Is it just me, or is Kaitlyn related to Tammy Jo (from the other game, called "Tammy Jo Superstar") based on that wall picture that was hiding the locker in the first room?
@Coaswen It's not really the games fault if you choose to buy rubies but then decided against it like ... the second you already clicked the "Purchase" button, lol.
The game obviously freezes too much, and judging by the comments I'm aware that it's not just from hitting the jump or dash (right) key. The developer should consider fixing this, and until then I'm giving it a 2/5. Game had some potential.
@Mudkipking7597 The first game being Home, right? Yes, I've noticed lol. Wonderful sequel, though I believe the game badge also should have a unity stamp, since it requires Unity player to work?
