It's engineering notation, it only updates the exponent every 1,000 instead of every 10. So you can compare 119.3e6 and 4.3e6 instead of 1.2e8 and 4.3e6
The Bestiary says most bosses are only "resistant" to stat-down effects, rather than "strong", but they sure as heck seem to work a lot less than 50% of the time.
The "Guard" status is removed when the user is targeted by any ability or attack, including beneficial spells used by the party. Also, I think the status should last until the user's next turn, but that's just me.
Especially post-end-game, it would be extremely helpful to have quick access to the bestiary entries of enemies I've already killed when I'm fighting them again, instead of having to look for them.
