Tried out this gem again after a long time, and I haven't seen a boss-key in a game in a long time. Sierras text adventure games like Larry and Space Quest back in the late 80's used to have a key combo called the boss-key that rendered a spreadsheet, looking like you're working. Other games had it too. This (the coffee cup) is a perfect replica of those times. Thanks!
HEY DEV! When clicking the "Save the game manually" button, could you please put in a confirmation that tells us that the game has actually been saved? Currently, I click the button, and pray to the gods.
I refreshed from 1.0.6 to 1.0.8, and wow, both the AP and RP gain dropped like a stone. Where I was previously able to get like 150% RP of my last run, I now get like 20% in the same time. AP feels the same. Improvements are great, but this one makes me feel like I've hit a brick wall. This isn't over-night, This is a complaint over the last few hours, looking at the game every 30 mins. The XP-gain is HUGELY diminished, This negates any point to purely IDLE, and only check in to distribute AP. PLEASE look at the XP-gain again because this just feels like a huge step back. :P I do really like the game and I'm gonna keep playing regardless, but please look into what I said. Thanks. :)
Not sure what to make of these "out-of-memory errors". Every time it has happened, I've looked at task manager and seen nothing special. Even in-between a few times, nothing. Still, Chrome complains once in a while about out-of-memory or whatever it puts out. Simply reloading the page puts me right back to where I was. Good saving :)
Is there another use for megabucks except to fill the neverending bucket of paint? I'm on my fourth run now, with 6 megabucks, that seem to be absolutely useless. I get slow incrementals, but making you replay the game 5 or more times without gaining anything... I get the feeling that I'm missing something.
It took me a while to figure out what the "mr. looty" bags did. In the "?" you could edit the description to say that they collect the loot automatically if/when placed in correct possitions. Or something that indicates their usage.
Please answer at least one of my posts @lavaflame2, I am so divided between being actually mad off my gourd, or not giving a shit right now, that not even Batman would know if he should just leave me alone, or drag me right off to Arkham.
What happened to the roman numerals, then the trees, that signified how many times you had prestiged. Right now there's no indication except for the amount of maps you've unlocked. In the first version, I prestiged about twelve times or something, I got to the 'dragon tree' thingy. Then I figured, "he might have updated the game", so I pressed SAVE, and reloaded the page, only to surprise that the save had been wiped out, and there's a new mechanic... THAT DOES NOTHING. No increase in income, nothing. I still continued. I started from the beginning, because I seem to be stupid, and I'm now on the fifth Island. IS THERE ANY REASON FOR ME TO GO ON? Except to wait for the island to be conquered and realize that I've wasted my time and there is nothing left but to hang myself for playing this?
I think there might be a software limit to clicks/second that makes 24 and 30 clicks/sec impossible. I did the 12 c/s on my own and I did the 14c/s while Arrow Shower was active, but the 24 and 30 c/s seems not to register no matter what I do. I even tried using an autoclicker. Works fine but even at the required clicks/sec, the achievements don't register. Oh, sorry... TAPS/SECOND. Yeah, no taps in a browser game, please fix the wording, and the requirements please. :)
For some reason the scrolling is very slow. Like slower than anything other you normally scroll. And dragging the screen, like what is usually the default when porting from mobile to web, is choppy, like 10fps choppy, on a good CPU. You need to look at your code and fix 2 things. 1. The scrolling speed of the mousewheel should be the same as the OS. Currently it only scrolls a few pixels at a time. 2. Your game uses excessive amounts of CPU when dragging the menus. On IDLE when focused, the game uses about 10-20% of CPU, when I'm scrolling (dragging) the achievements menu, it goes over 40%... Please do something about this.
Fixed in the update coming out tonight. This issue arose with changing fonts in the last update. Apparently the font I used took some serious UI memory usage.
Why does some devs go from M, B, T, to aa, ab, etc. That makes no sense at all, and is no easier to follow that scientific numbers like 10e100. If you're making a game with numbers that go above a trillion, at least make some effort to show them in their proper way. This game doesn't even give you the option of choosing the display style. aa, ab, ac, etc is bullshit, and doesn't represent any formally acknowledged form of writing numbers. It just pisses me off.
Check the top-left corner of the Map Screen :)
