ParkerVanKamp: If I recall correctly, it means that you have to use every weapon of the game to kill two enemies each. So two with the chainsaw, two with the pistol, two with the shotgun, etc.
@Boolicious: I haven't tried it yet, but THANK YOU for the pointer about SHIFT also working for meteors. It somehow didn't occur to me that this might actually work.
Very promising game, cool music. Controls are slightly too sensitive for me, though. And I fully agree with several people here: $15 is hardly the best price since it drives away most impulsive buyers.
Extremely hard unless you know long and complicated words in many variations. Resorting to stupid letter-grinding now in the hope that that lets me progress. Great idea and execution, but more punishing than Gemcraft Chapter 0 in my eyes.
Fun times, but for a game where a single crash can throw you from first to last place instantly (and/or ruin the achievement you wanted to tackle), this really needs a more convenient restart button.
Overall, it's a great game, but the learning curve on Normal is (subjectively) about as steep (read: frustrating) as the one I encountered in GemCraft 0. And I'll echo what IceDrgn said just a few comments below: It's insane that your THELs merrily let the Motherships shoot everything to dust and instead play bug-zapper with a few dozen small fighters. Targeting priorities should be some sort of option here.
Potential for a GREAT game, but the controls are way too unrepsonsive. Being the focus player doesn't seem to let you influence movement AT ALL (until you got the ball), and the formation AI will regularly make all players RUN AWAY from the ball.
Wow, I just beat it and... wow. An excellent game with great graphics/animation, soothing music, a calm gather-stuff (instead of the usual KILL KILL KILL) pace...my only complaint is that there actually was a boss "fight" at the end. Still, an easy 5/5 from me, and I'll definitely play it again to find more than just that one bridge switch XD
Liked the concept, but when I ran out of time in Puzzle mode I hit Retry, solved the first puzzle, and only THEN did the stupid score thingy pop up. Nice for spending a few minutes, but that's it.
