This game is incredibly punishing for new players - and the mechanics are not intuitive. I don't understand why putting an outlet (16/tick) next to an exchanger (16/tick) into a coolant cell causes the echanger to explode before the coolant cell fills up.
Arena can be seriously borked if you fail to open the chest at the end. I ran arena and then did something else while my guys fought, but my browser crashed. Now I cannot start arena. Refreshing the browser doesn't help.
@Bub - yes. having multiple books stacks. Try equipping 3-4 multi shots on a ranger and you'll see they multi nearly every time. Also heal streak you can see the number will increase past 2. It's harder to confirm that it works on other books because the visuals aren't as obvious - but they do.
Monsters after the Sewers need to give more rewards (esp gold) Since all monsters seem to give 1 gold you are best off farming the sewers because the mobs are easy and they respawn quickly. You even get more exp overall farming sewers then you do anything until the winter ones because those zones have more hp/xp ratio and sewers is just so much more efficient.
I'd love it if characters not in formation would have their portraits greyed out or if characters in formation could be highlighted. Would help leveling up characters I'm using.
Characters in formation have a thin green highlight around their info box. We may change that. Or you can click on the Crusader in formation and the bench will move to them, and flash the green box.
Neverming about the tin thing - I didn't realise you spent tin if you didn't have enough copper. I'm still right about the 'run in background', though!
There is a super critical feature you need to set for this to be a proper idle game. In unity in build settings there is a 'run in background' option. Check that. Otherwise the game will not run if you are in another tab.
I'm in situation where I regret unlocking Tin. I need tons of copper but most of my clicks now are Tin. I wish I could toggle Tin (the higher one) off for a bit so I can get more copper. Perhaps right-clicking on the icon to disable the higest one (but obviously not the lower ones or you can guarentee you always get the highest which is bad)
Nevermind - that math was for Virtual Reality. Click Money works better when you are building games with a lower quality multiplier (like text adventures)
Click Money needs to be multiplied by 9 (at least) when applied via auto-click - Right now my Quality Multiplier is 25.19Y and my Click Quality is 146.41Y which means for each click I effectively get 3.69kY2 money (once the game completes) for each job. However, Click Money only happens once per auto-click (regardless of how many jobs there are) At the same level as 'click quality' I am getting 1.33kY money/click. Which is 1/3 of what I get out of quality per click * quality multipler (which I actually get 9 times)
In case anyone's wondering, here are the order of the values (since it doesn't use any multiplier I'm familiar with)
R (It's a weirdish looking R but I couldn't find the ascii for it)
M
G
T
P
E
Z
Y
RY
MY
GY
TY
PY
EY
ZY
YY
KYY (Unconfirmed - I have a feeling it goes on forever though)
Okay, well, I figured it out. Have to click on the map and then the tavern. You'd think that sweetwater tavern would be in sweetwater. Counter-intuitive and most people wouldn't have the patience.
Once you get to sweetwater, it is unclear what you need to do (and a lot of people will get impation and rate you 1 star and not come back).
My quest log says to go to sweetwater tavern, but I don't know how to move. I've tried clicking on doors, which does nothing. I've clicked on NPCs, which brings up their name and what I presume is a reputation meter, but they don't talk to you. I have no idea what to do.
Controls are wonky. I think they are designed to track the mouse, but for some reason it only detects mouse position when you click (even for the cursor in the menus). Good things I got the badge of the day in the first level so I don't have to play this anymore.
I'd like to be able to hit 'space' on the achievement's screen to start the next game. It works on every other screen. It's annoying to have to grab my mouse other than to purchase upgrades, and if I have no upgrades I want to go to the next launch asap.
