A bit grindy even if you only play each level once, since the gameplay is the same for all but a few challenges. All you do each level is hack hammerbots, and shield when faced with stun/hammerbots, and fire the rest of your skills into large mobs.
5/5 Lovely game that requires ACTUAL planning and thinking. Better than nearly all the so-called puzzles on Kong that's just a "try to understand what the author is thinking" sh*t.
Solid 4/5. Things to improve: 1. story needs work. Either work on it more or just ditch the endgame speech since it makes no sense. 2. too much invulnerability. the game's more "spam sword" than actual dodging. 3. damage should be clearer. Most games make do with this kind of murky mechanic work by having something like five levels of damage. 4. too much special powerups, attack powerup too powerful 5. ditch the whole "you need to run into gems" system. It doesn't add to the gameplay even if done right, now the delay between it appearing and being able to attract it is too long and the magnet isn't strong enough.

Why you use either lasers or shotguns for anything other than the grouped up minions.

Wand=52.5 (7.5 to up to 7 targets)
Best strat against the big brothers: Focus one down, then celestial drive, stand on the 4 corners of the one left and throw the body at him repeatedly. 2 action points for ~25 damage, by anyone. LOL.
How to 220k damage in a single hit. http://prnt.sc/eu187p Notice how you get more sp per hit than you spend, the 100% crit rate from agility and items, the ~1100 heal per kill and the minions that tank for you. This build is self sustained as long as I kill monsters. Boss is oneshotted with ~120k damage.
