You know what makes this game? The audio. And not just the music either, the voice acting is amazing and the sound effects work with the voices and music to create pretty much the most artistic audio track for a video game ever. Everything about it evokes the image of a bloody and heroic ancient Greece.
It's a game balance thing. If you concentrated heavily on your REG stat you might become almost unkillable otherwise, doing it this way means that it's useful and helps you recover quicker but only between battles.
Well, I'm pretty sure we all saw that one coming. Good game, waiting for the second one. Maybe next time make the bad guy not so obvious? Also is it just me or do all imperial officers carry the idiot ball?
Wow. That was depressing. I agree with the last two levels though: F%*K S$%T KILL THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Light ending didn't make too much sense though: why are there survivors?
I am a fan of this series and I feel bad about rating this down, but it just doesn't have the gameplay it used to. No longer is the upgrade system based off of a running kill combo, a unique idea. No longer is the game entirely skill based, with the addition of permanent upgrades. No longer do the weapons explode in ridiculous, albeit sometimes impractical, awesomeness as they level up (rapid fire rocket launcher anyone?). No longer is this a keyboard-only game. I like the idea of unlocking new maps, but that is about the only thing in this game that I like.
