By far the hardest one is the 10 second long wheelie on the Moon level. I used Mr. C and did the wheelie right in the starting area. Jump vertically, lean back and stay on your back wheel so that your head is almost touching the ground while barely moving forward.
wtf, Cave 5 was so f-ing easy. Why are people saying it was hard? I beat it so fast on first try... Not lying, I didn't even get very much money or xp for it, only like 100k. The super goblin only did his attack like 2 or 3 times and the whole rest of it was just bombers and goblins.
discombobulator, you're an idiot. Allies killed nazis in order to free Europe and stop Hitler. Nazis killed Allies to hold onto the territory they had stolen and to allow the death camps to continue. The reason you fight matters.
Your initiative system is screwed up. I can understand why one team sometimes goes twice, but it makes no sense for it to get in a cycle where I take two then he takes two over and over. Even if we assume that this makes sense (it doesn't), you should have a box that clearly shows the order of the next 3 or 4 turns so that we can properly plan ahead.
Oh, and you should be able to save it after you buy and upgrade units and you should be able to change your mind about going a certain direction on the main map if you don't like the level.
Love the potential that this game has. Think you need to iron out some kinks though. The death treasure is broken, you need somewhere that clearly tells you if someone has 2 turns in a row coming up, make creep damage a little more predictable (i.e. no one hit kills on full strength units), etc. Nice idea though and could be really great with more work.
Lab crashed my game, workshop didn't appear to do anything, archer towers were way too powerful, death tower didn't seem to work at all, difficulty was way too low on medium and hard mode, map is too big and too simple, the fast forward needs to be much faster, makes no sense that you can't see the tower levels or monster hp when you have fast forward on, makes no sense to pay 200 for a crappy fire tower if you can just add fire to your better towers for 40...
All in all, I'd say this was a pretty crappy TD, but tons of people will claim to like it because you ripped off the units and buildings from warcraft. The graphics are cute, but if the gameplay and balance are terrible then you are just wasting your time.
Holy shnikies, I actually won. What a BS game. Only way to win is with the power plant bug. try to buy one over and over when you can't afford it. Eventually it will give it to you for 450, instead of the real price. Even still, the game is darn near impossible.
All in all, nice idea, piss poor execution.
p.s. waves do continue after 51, they just aren't labeled correctly.
Ok, I played through again for fun and have the following comments:
1) Reds seem broken. Obviously still beatable, but should not be quite so tough.
2) Heat tower is WAY stronger than missile tower, Flamethrower, Toxic tower and Ice tower. Make it weaker and make them more useful. Most games have cheap ice towers... not sure why this one makes them so expensive.
3) basic mechanics - need to be able to reset skill points, need shortcut keys for everything, need to see what the next wave will be, need to give more to spend skill points on.
last comment... it really sucks that you can't use shortcut keys for things. U for upgrade, 1 for gun tower, 2 for electro tower, etc. Not a gamekiller or anything, but lots of TDs have those and it is much better.
On level 8, you can kill all the enemies before they even come onto the map... kind of stupid, you shouldn't be able to shoot them until you can see them.
Try building a sniper tower first, but don't upgrade it for a while. Then build 2 electric towers and upgrade one a couple of times. Then put a machine gun and upgrade all your towers. Should be more than enough to get you past the early hard part. Then just put in a couple heat towers and you are home free.
