It's stupid how on normal difficulty 18 of the levels are simple, then the 19th (yet alone 20th) level is impossible. Seriously, the difficulty needs to be sensible.
This really diminishes what would otherwise be a fun game.
It's just a lamer version of Mario. If you think the music is poor & repetitive (which I didn't actually mind too much), it's 100 times better than the game. Sorry. 1/5
"This game isn't about killing everyone."
Actually I thought killing everybody was the basic point of the game, as we're not legally permitted to kill in real life, unless you join the army of course, and even then there's rules on this.
It just starts getting interesting, and you've done all 30 levels :( It's a pity us PC users can't play more than 30 levels, given that it's a free game. Why is this?
It's cool that the game is just as fast as it takes you to work out the levels, and is just mentally taxing enough to make people think, but not too taxing as to drive the average person away. A mind game almost anybody can enjoy. That's cool.
Wishing ill on people for negative voting this game..., some people seriously need to lighten up. I just hope the game is better than the image certain fans are giving it.
Mouse sensitivity made this impossible to play. Plus player gets caught on silly terrain blips. You seriously need to test your game before releasing it, because whatever its potential might have done, it's a fail now.
What ramrod wrote. Computer bids overall seems ok. Don't mind the music, but hate the sound effects. The deliberate clunky nature of play doesn't work well for me, I'd much prefer it to be smooth & unobtrusive.
The biggest problem with this game, is that the game is essentially playing itself. It's a great concept, and if developed could become a great game, but the player really needs to come into it.
Minor suggestions: If you upgrade, shouldn't your opponents also? And if you could have maps with 3 or more different virus armies, it'll add variation to the game.
Keep going, it has potential.
Thanks for your feedback Aussiewarlord, I thought about doing multiple armies but you'd be surprised at the complexity of the code just doing what it already it! I'd be afraid it might lag the stuffing out of the engine. But it would be cool, maybe I'll do that down the road, take good care and thanks again!
Bugs: I'd rather thought you would have finished the race when you crossed "10".
Fault: Full "F" & full "J" & full "re capable of developing this, and maybe having actual courses, you could have the basics to a proper game. I hope you can.
(sorry, but my rating has to be on its current state of development. Hope to see a version 2 sometime).
@69xSockwave: I know plenty of people in their 40s & 50s who are just as bad. That's really sad, at least with those under 16 we can pretend they might grow out of it. Actually, now that I've written it, it's sadder, thinking that they'll be the same as they get older :(
If you found any inaccuracies in the equations I'd love to know.
