gameboytm: It's not just you, that was done to prevent people from being able to do minute runs to spend like mad, earn lots more max science, and then reset to be able to get even more science to spend like mad. Unfortunately a) that was fun if ridiculous and b) now if you want/need more science at once you have to wait a very long time indeed between plays and there is no point to resetting normally. That promised endgame feature on Oct. 25th is looking mighty vaporous, a shame since I have all but 3 of the production achievements and am just e14 or so shy of the interns I need to get all the buy achievements at which point I'll be done.

Addendum: The achievements are... poorly written in a few cases: Jack of All Trades activates as long as you have put points into 3 different trees on the 13th addition of a point, not when you have bought your 13th different skill; Attack is the Best Defense requires that you buy all weapons of a type (all swords, staves, or daggers) and NOT just any 7 weapons; The Element Master requires that you completely max out the levels of a tree's worth of skills (including the tree's spell skill), not just put a point into all of the skills in the tree; and Soul Factory requires that you have 250K soul at one time rather than collect that much over the course of the game. Also you can only collect the bestiary achievement when you look at the bestiary after killing every monster in the game for some reason.

Tips for the game: Max Regeneration, Survival Training, Shukuchi, Nimble Footsteps, and Iron Body no matter which weapon type you prefer because they all help you with the whole not-dying thing. You can't go wrong with swords (knockback + raw damage) or staves (piercing). Soul Thirst eases the grind until you can kill endgame giants, at which point Quick Learner ceases to matter. Flying enemies can be killed most easily by attacking BEHIND yourself instead of trying to hit them unless you attack much sooner than you think you should. As for the last boss, you have the entire castle and outdoors to run around - ideally you should be able to grind up enough soul power to buy your last weapon by the time you've reached him, and if you have that you can afford to just flee everything and wait. Also always make sure you're picking up the orbs on the ground, green especially as that can be a full heal or regen boost to get you back in the fight quicker.

Hey so uh I had a thing happen where the car achievement for Super Linnen 366X wouldn't unlock at level 40, only level 41. Shouldn't be difficult to fix but check the other cars while you're at it.

Something that's bothered me a while but which is kind of important now with regenerating enemy troops: If you have barracks, troops spawn from the barracks closest to the enemy no matter what else you have, but if you have gates, your troops spawn from them and not from the nearest other buildings. It would be better if troops always spawned from gates because having barracks lose a few seconds in comparison to just spawning and training troops manually is a little irritating.

It's incremental, but having slot 1 eventually get an automation option does not a real idle make (as in, you still can't get enough shapes to come back to usable progress from it alone, assuming you even have offline income implemented which IIRC your offsite prototype did not). It's also, like an embarrassingly large number of idles, more proof-of-concept than an actually "fun" package.

Hope the siege weapon and crafting changes will come quickly, it's good to not be able to just wizard everything to dust but 5 damage a tick is sloooow. Glad to see it's still getting updates all the same though!

What TR2N means is that the buttons (such as "buy" and "manage") all use the same shade of green and they would like more contrast between the buttons in either shading or color so their eyes can tell the buttons apart easier instead of it possibly all melting together in a blue-green sea. Also, bouncing off snocone's comment - while the manager does generally fit that bill it's still really annoying to have to type in the entire number you want to change for the current goal every single time you, say, want to increase your investments by x10. I should be able to type in a single 0 to do that, but right now I have to count up how many 0's are already in the investment any time I want to change the number.

infomage27: What's probably happening is something like this: say you earn 5% max science for each point spent, and you spend 10 points. 5% of that is half a point, but the display does not show partial points, so you won't see any change until you've spent at least 20. I'm not actually sure if partial points are even tracked but the fix is to increase your percentage of max science gain to at least 10% (preferably 20%) so you can definitely get something for blowing your starting science total.

Something I'd like is an option to shrink the buyable buildings as with the expansion of types of things to buy it becomes impossible to see at a glance what all is and isn't buyable without scrolling, and that's more important to me than being able to tell exactly how much something costs/what the name of a building is (plus since building types are coded by color and automatically sorted by type I feel I only really need the icon and background). Sorting blessings by price as in the above top comments would also be great for making it so I can spend less time scrolling and more time whipping slaves. Kudos on improving the game too, I'm actually making progress this time! :)

It's annoying that you can't destroy units. Being unable to replace units when you are hypothetically rolling in the billions and half your army slots are used up by ninjas is dumb.

There is a small bin icon at the top left of the unit panel, there you can delete units you don't need anymore. Good luck :)

Just so you know, the barracks still serve as a troop generation point even after they're destroyed. I'm not surprised at this given the behavior of trying to put another archer tower on the same spot as a destroyed one, and maybe you were trying for a punishment to those who lay them down willy-nilly but since you can just remove buildings and the charge anyway you should rework what happens now into unusable 'rubble' or something that then can be repaired back to the normal state.

So it's cool that I have now got to the point I can buy 1000 truth foundations on my third go but I'm thinking the 10k option should be replaced with a custom buy option since if I keep increasing my active truth by 10 or 100x I'm going to run into a hard wall of ugh at having to click a lot plus it might help for buying exactly the prereqs you need prior to getting together the automatic version if it's easier to do first.
