So I love this movie. It's one of my son's favorites and so we tend to watch it quite a bit. Something occurred to me when I saw this picture. It's not in the movie. They've used this as a promo for the movie on numerous occasions, but it doesn't actually appear in the movie. Strange.
I make a move, then it resets to the main page... (after waiting for about a minute.) Fix this bug. Others are having better than luck than I apparently. I'd like to give this a shot when it's working.
Confused by the battle system (although I only managed one battle) Seems like it should be straight forward, but the actual mechanics didn't work for me. I couldn't tell what I was rolling, what the enemy was rolling, and what the totals were. I just know I hit him once and he hit me twice, then I was dead. Not really sure how close I was. Also, was there a "flee" option? It seems if you are in a battle with someone significantly more skilled discretion might be the better part of valor.
skills was a nice addition, but you might want to make sure that it's not possible to continue adding skill points to a maxed out level. I'm not sure if a bonus continues to accrue, but it certainly ate my skill points even though I'd maxed out the category.
I enjoyed this, but I'm not sure how addicting it really is. (Which is my test for a good game of this type.) It's different from anything I've seen before, and while I enjoyed playing it, I probably won't be back. Part of me wants to clear three whites to see what happens, but I'm not willing to go through all the work again.
I have to say that I'm pretty much tired of tower defense games. They were really new and exciting at first, but now we just keep getting poor copies of those that have come before. On occassion one adds some truly new dimension, but this isn't one of those.
