I don't feel the benefit of upgrading at all. like i just lose all my node power and get an upgrade that gives me more connections but no noticable power change. Tentacle wars is better for this reason alone. I'm on level 25 still working out how this game works...
I agree that upgrading is not perfectly balanced, but I can't change it anymore because otherwise I would have to re-balance all levels. It will be much better in the sequel ;).
i wish there was a speed control... coz i cannot often buy fast enough near the end of a level and get bored nearer the beginning of a level when it takes longer to gain gold
there needs to be a summary page for instructions. I am not sure what benefot i get from upgrading... it seems to be of no benefit early on and then later i don't know how to use it to my advantage.
The whole game took me 10 minutes to do... that;s the only problem. There should be a level randomiser that allows the game to be endless... it has its best quality in being relaxing...
Personally I agree that the air bosses are just not working well. Unlike Canyon defense one, i am not comelled to unlock other reaources,, walls and turrets are enough. The air bosses are a good idea... I have found the approach in a random way... so i cannot plan for them
i got a bit bored after a while... just use straight lines as far as possible and logic does the rest... but i do like it. will come back to complete is later.
Would be good if you needed to actually click to change colour. A slip of the mouse and you pen over all the work you did. :(
If another creeper world is created... it would be cool to have it so it reproduced... Ie. once it reached a critical depth, an emitter was created... but also that emitters could be killed. of course the new born emitters would need lower health but could 'mature' to have higher health. So... the story can be about the city reclaiming land. The level ends when all creeper is dead. Need twists to make it playable... like the less creeper surrounding an emitter the more creeper it produces as a defence mechanism.
it would be great if your progress gave you upgrade points to make the leaves/roots cheaper to make... so you eventually become a selectively bread plant... the upgrade points could be called "mutations"... :)
it really laggy for me... and i simply hate games where i have to pay... if it wasn't for this i imagine i could really get into the game. There also needs to be a diselect button. It makes control difficult. And drag and drop for cells.
i've seen a game like this. that is much better. was based around a paper aeroplane. This is too busy on the screen. Bullets are too slow moving and the helicopteers are too large.
It just makes it a visual ball ache
I like it. It's just a bit too easy....
All i did was upgarde as much as i could afford with a preference for more expensive upgrades and i found the arrows were great for getting good spread of baddies... air and ground
i guess i'm just rubbish at this game. I'm maxed out level and can't complete it. I have tried various tactics... I just can't seem to dodge emough bullets while getting enough cash to have a good enough ship to get to the last boss and kill it. :/
