You should be able to do the gold star challenge on your first run through. Replaying the first like 10 levels that I'd aced the first time were really boring. Also, in the sequel you should add laser shooting enemies and make your shield reflect, then the left arm will be useful. Maybe add more movement features too like a waist for ducking, legs for jumping, and rockets for flying.
I had to play a 2nd time just to see the "social commentary" which I had totally missed the first time through. I think red is a bad color for it unless half the message is that people ignore these things because they are focused on their personal goals.
@Dagganoth: The hidden brick and the loadstone are not hard to find if you actually use the clues in the game. The game is really well made, there's no click spamming needed at all, just old fashioned puzzles.
Although... I can't find the Sun constellation, anyone want to help me out, I can't watch the walkthrough.
Teleporters are activated by pressing enter. I went through half the tutorial to figure that out because the instructions don't explain the tools in the proper order.
I'd really like the stock slider to set your desired total stock out of your total capacity and leave that as the default the next day. Resetting it every day to the same levels (if there's no financial news) is really tedious. Also give me a reason to buy the middle two properties, like maybe an old property gives you some income based on 50% of it's average profits when you left it. Right now the lost investments like all your CD racks are a lot more then the difference in building cost.
Good game. Needs a way to restart the intro. I missed half of it because I didn't watch the loading screen, so I had to restart to hear the "awesome narrator's voice".
One time the screen zoomed down to center on a boss and the purple cloud insta-killed me, pretty unfair. But besides that it's a great game. Stone-breaker arrows are too good, they'd be awesome even without the bonus gold.
If you grind out xp on the first level then it's your own fault you ruined the game for yourself. You could win the game faster then you could grind to max level. It's not a flaw in the game.
Useful tips: Two or more sprayers can use one supply item simultaneously. Rotators can be powered on and off, sitting on one keeps rotating. Mosaics can pass over barriers.
Ok, level 9 was annoying. Too long so it's frustrating to make a mistake and blow up or drop a crate in the water. Boxes should be color coded. But level 10 is absurd. You really expect me to precisely aim a catapult? Good game idea, bad level design.
Level 9 was a good concept but there's so little room to stack up the boxes and your in such a hurry. At least color code the boxes so I know which one goes where.
