@sentropie: The second badge column is for structures built, the second from the right is for points produced from oil, and the last is for points won in a single battle.
Devs really need to get over this "sound conflict" issue. I have six windows and sixty tabs open; I'm not going to hunt down and shut all those with Flash in them just to play this game, badge or no. All the other games I play have full audio and play well with other Flash apps, why is this one so demanding?
Also, "Retry Level" is broken: you lose all the ammo you had, leaving no way to win a retried level at the higher levels, unless you stockpile cash, which is impractical.
Fun shooter, good graphics, but some pretty frustrating balance problems still exist. The ammo capacity of the gun needs to be larger (unless the dev expects more headshots on kamikazes, which is way too difficult). Same for the laser; not enough to get through some mech waves if they don't group up. And the gun REALLY needs to reload automatically between waves.
An unlimited-ammo survival mode might be cool.
Like the story line, LOVE the noir style. Good sniper game, rich plot, elaborate art. Interesting mechanism for adding complexity/challenge to the normal snipefest. The morality was heavy-handed (though I can get behind the sentiment) and everyone has the same clothes, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a *fantastic* first game. 4/5
Yeah, some more control over troop placement in combat, or at least smarter automatic placement, would be fantastic. Having half my hitters trapped behind my own, slower people and pinned behind my own vehicles is terribly, terribly frustrating.
Nice, very dark, very fun. Looking forward to the next chapter.
The rest of you, lose the friggin' spoilers! There's a walkthrough if you really need it!
